About Badan Pengusahaan Batam (BP Batam)
Hang Nadim Airport also known as Hang Nadim International Airport, is located in Batam, Riau Islands (part of Sumatra), Indonesia. It is the only airport on the island. Hang Nadim Airport in Batam island, located at south of Singapore. It has been the primary method of transport to and from Batam, alongside ferries to neighboring islands (including Singapore). As Batam continues to develop its tourism sectors, the Hang Nadim has proved a sufficiently effective airport. Originally developed as an alternative airport for Singapore Changi Airport in mind (should in case an emergency for aircraft force a redirect), the Hang Nadim has facilities and the longest runway (4,000 m) in Indonesia, sufficient for wide body aircraft Boeing 747s and several times more passengers than it is currently serving. However Changi was developed to grow, and the Sijori Growth Triangle region has 4 airports, including Sultan Ismail International Airport (SENAI Airport) in Johor Bahru and the Seletar Airport.
Batam started to be developed since the early 1970s as a logistics and operational base for the oil industry and gas by Pertamina. Then, based on Presidential No. 41 years old in 1973, the development of Batam to trust the government agency called Industrial Development Authority Batam Island or lebigh known as the Batam Authority.
The development of Batam Island is divided into several periods. The first period the year 1971-1976 is known by the name of the Preparation Period, led by Dr.Ibnu Sutowo. The second is a period of consolidation period (1976-1978), led by Prof.Dr.JB.Sumarlin, then is Peride Infrastructure Facilities Development and Investment, which lasted for 20 years. That year 1978-1998, by the Prof.Dr.BJ. Habibie next Leadership held by JE Habibie, the month’s march / d July 1998. This period is known by the name of Infrastructure Development and Investment Advanced. Then, since 1998 until now, under the leadership of Ismeth Abdullah called the Period of Development of Infrastructure Development and Investment Advanced with greater attention to the welfare of the people and improving the investment climate.
In order to implement the vision and mission to develop Batam, insfrastructure modern international standard was built, and so the various other facilities, so that when the interest of Tourism and able to compete with similar Pacific Asia region.
Many of the progress it has achieved to provide various fields such as business, which is able to accommodate the work force comes from almost all regions in the country. Similarly, the amount of revenues from the central time by time continue to increase. This is not because others are caused by high industrial activity, trade, took over when and tourism in territority. However, as a rapidly developing area, Batam also did not escape from the emergence of various social problems.

- Precedence has held the post of head of service at the airport first class or other structural position at the airport Main class or equivalent in Business Entity Airport equivalent.
- Highest age 56 (fifty six) years at the time of registration.
Non PNS
- Having work experience at the airport and or areas of transport at least 10 (ten) years.
- Has the ability and expertise in the field of airport affairs, as evidenced by corresponding certification regulations.
- Precedence has held the post of head of service at the airport first class or other structural position at the airport Main class or equivalent in Business Entity Airport equivalent.
- Highest age 56 (fifty six) years at the time of registration.
General Manager
PNS (GM Umum, GM Komersil dan GM Operasi)
- Stylists at least having the rank of Level I Class III / d for applicants of structural positions.
- At least functional positions for applicants First level of functional positions.
- Has occupied the two (2) types of positions Echelon IV or equivalent different positions at least each for 2 (two) years.
- Has the ability and expertise in the field of airport affairs, as evidenced by corresponding certification regulations.
- Preferably ever structural positions Airport Manager at grade 2 or other structural position at the airport first class.
- Highest age 54 (fifty-four) years at the time of registration.
Non PNS (GM Komersil dan GM Operasi)
- Having work experience at the airport and or areas of transport at least 5 (five) years.
- Has the ability and expertise in the field of airport affairs, as evidenced by appropriate certification laws and regulations.
- Preferably ever structural positions Airport Manager at grade 2 or other structural position at the airport first class.
- Highest age 52 (fifty-two) years at the time of registration.
Internal Quality Control
PNS
- Stylists at least having the rank of Level I Class III / d for applicants of structural positions.
- At least functional positions for applicants First level of functional positions.

Non PNS

Requirements : :
- Concession Agency employee status Permanent Free Trade Zone and Free Port of Batam either civil servants or non-civil servants.
- Moderate positions Echelon IV or equivalent different positions for applicants of structural positions.
- At least functional positions supervisor level or equivalent for applicants of certain functional positions.
- At least having the rank III / b or class 8 Batam Exploitation Agency for applicants from the general functional position.
- The highest age of 50 (fifty) years at the time of registration.
General Requirements
- Not undergoing disciplinary punishment moderate or severe
- Having a job competency required
- Physical and mental health
- Willing to follow the selection process, with making statement
- Willing domiciled in Batam, to make a statement
- Willing to sign a contract for four (4) years
