PT. Len Telekomunikasi Indonesia was established in 2016 which is an Executing Enterprise (BUP) assigned to build and manage the optical fiber backbone network of Palapa Ring Paket Tengah. PT. Len Telekomunikasi Indonesia as a subsidiary of PT. Len Industri (Persero) is located in MTH Tower 11 th Floor Jl. MT. Haryono Kav. 23 Tebet Jakarta Selatan has a vision of the company “becoming a national backbone operator”.
PT Len Telekomunikasi Indonesia (PT LTI) is an Executing Enterprise (BUP) assigned to carry out the Development and Management Project of Fiber Optic Network of Palapa Ring Central Package. PT LTI has a strategic role because PT LTI participates in maintaining the sovereignty of the state and building the welfare of the community. So PT LTI needs to be considered as a player seen in the world of national telecommunications. In order to realize the strategic role, PT LTI has Vision & Mission as Soul and spirit in running its business process.
As already passed the signing of the contract between the Ministry of Communications and Informatics with PT Len Telekomunikasi Indonesia (LTI) on March 4, 2016, the next stage is preparation to Design Review Meeting (DRM) from the technical side which includes survey of Land Communication System (SKKD) and Communication System Marine Cable (SKKL) is also preparation of Financial Closing. Survey SKKD determines the positions of the landing station, where one of the things that require assistance and cooperation from the local government either Pemkab / Pemkab or Pemprov related to licensing, as well as SKKL related licensing where there are specificities related to environmental issues including the area sea ??tour.
Financial Closing is expected to be completed in accordance with the target date at the end of August 2016. After DRM and Financial Closing, it is continued with the pending activity of the implementation of the Central Packet Palapa Ring project which begins with the procurement process.
Until the end of 2016 activities are still dominated by the process of completeness of licensing and procurement. Therefore, we ask for support from all local governments such as Pemkab / Pemkot or Pemprov and the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Transportation and other relevant agencies so that the implementation process is expected to start in the second quarter of 2017 can run smoothly.

Requirements :
- Minimum S1 majoring in Management / Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of Human Resource (HR).
- Skilled in operating general computer applications (Windows, MS Office etc.).
- Mastering the concept of Human Resource Development.
- Discipline, honest and have strong militancy at work.
- Have a good knowledge of the Employment Regulation, BPJS Rules and other regulation regarding HR.
- Expertise with legal analysis.

Requirements :
- Minimum D3 majoring in Accounting Economics.
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting.
- Skilled in operating general computer applications (Windows, MS Office etc.).
- Mastering the concept of Accounting Standard (SAK).
- Expertise in analysis of company’s financial statements (project & manufacture based).
- Able to create financial reports.
- Honest and have strong militancy in work.
