Jobs Description
General requirement :
- Indonesian citizens
- Islamite
- PNS / TNI / police or an employee stays in hospitals / private clinics
- For applicants who work in hospitals / private clinics attaching operational license hospitals / private clinics
- Competence as evidenced by diplomas
- Bersuaia a maximum of 55 years
- Able-bodied and special ladies are not in a state of pregnancy based on the results of medical check-ups
- Minimum 2 years in the same place as evidenced by decree or warrant placement duties (SPMT) and a statement of work experience dai direct supervisor and the head of the institution known
- Written approval of the immediate supervisor and the head of the institution known
- Approval in writing from husband
- Pasanngan husband / wife should not be filed lamran on the same pilgrimage season
- Willing not be accompanying husband / wife, parents and / or in-law both as an officer and pilgrims
- Willing to be stationed and deployed under the operational needs
