Pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo – Pemkab Kulon Progo is the Regency Government of Kulon Progo, one of the four regencies within the Yogyakarta Special Region (DI Yogyakarta), Indonesia. Kulon Progo Regency is located in west-side of DI Yogyakarta and has an area of 586.27 km².

In the period before independence Area Health Service that exist today, has functioned as a health service activities. It is based on the story of one Mr. Sukri retiree health. He recalled that when ill at a time when little was once taken his father to check the health of the road which was then picked up approximately 4 years old hospital located in the Office of Health existing Supaman Road No. 1 Wates. If Mr. Sukri was born in 1938, it means that in 1942 the Health Office building when it serves as a dispensary / clinic already exists.

In 1975 which was then under the leadership of dr. Sularno health office complex was transferred to the local government, while BP4 moved on Regent Official House now.
In the development of the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Wates build the new location / location currently in the Student Military Road and moved in 1982, the same year the Department of Health moved to the current location Supaman number 1 Wates Way up to now.
The term Health Department was once called Dokabu (Doctor District), after the DKR (Department of Public Health) and is currently the District Health Office. Department of Health is currently the joint organization between the District Health Office with Office Department (Office) District Health in 2001. The Health Department, itself was founded in 1984 located in the Public Health Unit II now.

General Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen domiciled precedence in Kulon Progo as evidenced by the KTP
- Min age 19 years and maximum 35 years on March 1, 2015
- Never sentenced to prison or jail by a court decision that already have permanent legal force for committing a criminal act
- Never honorably discharged at his own request or not with respect as private employees
- Education skills necessary expertise and skills
- Berkelakukan good
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Not located as a member or a political party official
