Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah – Kemenegkop dan UKM is the Ministry Indonesian government in charge of the affairs of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises . The ministry is headed by a Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises ( Menkop and SMEs) from the date of October 22, 2009 held by Syarifuddin Hasan .

Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs has the task to assist the President in formulating policy and coordination in the field of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises , as well as the following functions:

1. Formulation of national policies in the field of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises
2. Coordinating the implementation of policies in the field of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises
3. Asset management / wealth of the country is its responsibility
4. Supervision over the performance of its duties
5. Submitting the evaluation report , suggestions , and considerations in the field of tasks and functions to the President .

In order to improve the capacity and quality of most of the HR managers Cooperative is necessary to have a number of cooperative extension workers are competent , is not affected by the bureaucracy , and have plenty of time to organize themselves to provide guidance , counseling , consultation , and supervision of co-operatives in the region .

The existence of the need for cooperative extension agents field ( PPKL ) often revealed in coordination meetings in the Central, Provincial and Regency / City . In this regard , although the builder cooperative human resource development in district / city level being conducted by the government in coordination with the Provincial Government and Regency / City , but the presence PPKL still desperately needed and expected to be realized .

Therefore , in order to enhance institutional development and cooperative efforts effectively and professionally , then it needs to be implemented procurement program and the revitalization of the Cooperative Extension Officers Field ( PPKL ) through the selection process and rekuitment done in stages and the event is a follow-up activities with the target number of 200 people .

Requirements:

• Age min. 22 and max. 35 years;
• Education min. D3 (preferably related economic studies: cooperative, management or accounting)
• Mininal grade point average of 2.75 (4.00 scale)
• Domiciled in the District / City who received PPKL force III;
• Especially those who have never worked or experienced as an extension agent or working in the field of Cooperative
• Computer literate (MS Office programs min)
