Requirements:
- A cover letter addressed to the director of the Jakarta Tarakan Hospital;
- Photocopy of diploma with transcripts, GPA of at least 3:00;
- Photocopy of ID card;
- Photograph 4 × 6 3 (three) pieces;
- Curriculum vitae / curiculum vitae (CV);
- Copy STR;
- Keternagan letter of good conduct from the police (SKCK);
- Discipline, hard work, honest and can work well with a team snediri;
- Bebadan healthy, both physically and emotionally;
- Application documents created 1 (one) copy.
