Jobs Description

Training Development

Requirements:

  • Male/Female with the maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from a leading university, preferably majoring in Psychology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling training activities .
  • Good understanding for Training Need Analysis and training evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge in sales training development will be an extra advantage.
  • Must be fluent in English written and oral with the minimum TOEFL score of 550.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Self starter, intiatives and detail oriented.
  • Possess a driving license class A (SIM A).

Database Analyst

Requirements:

  • Male/Female with the maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Statistic or Mathematics from a leading university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing research
  • Good analytical thinking and detail oriented.
  • Possess supervisory skill.
  • Must be fluent in English written and oral with the minimum TOEFL score of 550.

Sales Analyst

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, age between 27-40 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Economic from a leading university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive leasing company.
  • Good analytical thinking and possess excellent negotiation skill
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in financial analysis.
  • Good understanding in automotive sales strategies.
  • Possess leadership and decision making skill.
  • Must be fluent in English written and oral with the minimum TOEFL score of 500.

Sales Area

Requirements:

  • Male/Female with the maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Economic or Management from a leading university. Master Degree (S2) will be highly prioritized.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the similiar role.
  • Good analytical skill and detail oriented.
  • Must be fluent in English written and oral with the minimum TOEFL score of 550.
  • Deeply interested in automotive industry.
  • Good initiative, self starter and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess a driving license class A (SIM A).
  • Willing to travel.

Sales Force Development Program

Requirements:

  • Male/Female with the maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in all the majors.
  • Have high confidence.
  • Energetic and likes a challenge.
  • Target oriented.
  • Deeply interested in automotive industry and sales.
  • Willing to be placed in JABODETABEK.
