PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (Persero) – PTPN XIII started its journey in 1996. Company that is the only state-owned plantation in Kalimantan region is the result of merging of the Project Development 8 (eight), namely PTP PTP VI, VII, XII, XIII, XVIII, XXIV-V, XXVI and XXIX. The existence of PTPN XIII is based on Government Regulation (PP) 18 Notary Act 1996 and Aaron Kamin, SH No.46 dated March 11, 1996 and was approved by the Minister of Justice Decree No. RI through. C2-8341.IIT.01.01.TII.96 dated August 8, 1996 and Decree No additional state news. 81.

At the beginning of his birth, PTPN XIII has a poor condition. Three main property, namely mobile assets, the assets do not move, and human resources is at its lowest. Through Survivor mentality, PTPN XIII perform these steps in order to exist, namely: internal consolidation, in particular human resources Company Image to support the process of consolidation, centralized financing, compliance with the initial working capital, to stem the erosion of capital. At this stage of consolidation, the Company restructured assets, restructuring the organization and personal restrukturiasi staff.

The next stage is the “program of potential in optimizing productivity and minimizing costs” so that the cash flow and liquidity of the companies getting bigger. In order to build a solid foundation for its business, the PTPN XIII has twice made changes to the articles of association, the first in 2002 in accordance with the Notary Act Prasetyo Sri Rahayu Hadi, SH. 05 dated October 7, 2002 and was approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights No.C-20 948 HT.01.04.Th.2002 dated October 28, 2002 and Decree No additional state news. 24, the second in 2008 in accordance with the Deed of Notary P. Sutrisno A. No Tampubolon. 16 dated August 12, 2008 and was approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of. AHU-55430.AHA.01.02.Th.2008 dated August 26, 2008.

Entering the current age, PTPN XIII has had a more solid foundation to become a highly competitive agribusiness, grow and develop together in a sustainable society PTPN XIII and ultimately benefit the community and country.

General Requirements

WNI/Indonesian citizen, born after 28 February 1983 (maximum age 30 years old)
A minimum GPA of 2.75.
Willing and able to work in Kalimantan.
Preferably have experience of working in accordance with their fields.
Due to the nature of the work done, it takes Male for S1 Agriculture, Engineering, and Economics (Except : S1 Law, Medical Practitioner, and Dentist).
Willing to work in shifts system for TEK-M, TEK-E, and TEK-S
For HKM-H : understanding and mastering in matters civil, criminal, skilled proceedings, business law, licenses, agreements and land.
SKCK which explain not been convicted of a crime.
Health Certificate and Certificate of Color Blind of Physicians.
Statement letter (stamped Rp. 6000) which states that never dishonorably discharged from the agency or government and private legal entity.
Statement letter (stamped Rp. 6000) that all files attached are true and if at a later note attached file false then willing to resign.
