PT Timah as a Limited Liability Company was established on August 2, 1976 , and is a State Owned Enterprise ( SOE ) is engaged in the mining of tin and has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 1995 . PT Timah is a manufacturer and exporter of tin , and have integrated tin mining business segments ranging from exploration , mining , processing to marketing .
Scope of its activities also include the mining, industry, trade , transport and services . The main activity of the company is a holding company conducting tin mining operations and perform marketing services for their business group . The Company has several subsidiaries engaged in workshops and shipyards , engineering services , tin mining , consulting and research of tin mining and non- mining .
The Company is domiciled in Pangkalpinang , Bangka Belitung Province and has operations in the province of Bangka Belitung , Riau , South Kalimantan , Southeast Sulawesi and Cilegon , Banten .

General Requirements :
- Indonesian citizen (WNI).
- Applying for a job application.
- Willing to follow the selection process of acceptance, including:
- Test of Academic Potential and English
- Psychological Tests (Written and Interviewed)
- Interview Team Management PT TIMAH (Persero), Tbk
- Medical check up
- Healthy spiritual & physical, drug free and good behavior
- Not currently undergoing agency ties from other agencies.
- Willing to work outside Java Island and operational areas of the Company.
Special Requirements :
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 grade scale.
- Maximum age of 29 years old on 31 July 2017.
- Preferably Gender Male and ready to be placed in operation area PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk
- S1 Metallurgical Extraction Engineering, ever get the college subjects of mineral processing, metallurgical extraction and supporting courses (processing of minerals, metallurgy thermodynamics, metallurgy kinetics, pyrometallurgy, hydro-electro, metallurgy and process metallurgical calculations).
- Computer literate (word, excel, and power point).
