Governance As a business entity, SUCOFINDO PT (Persero) are constantly working to increase enterprise value through the application of the principles of good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance / GCG). Corporate governance principles in question are: Transparency, that in implementing the principles of openness and transparency in the decision to submit materially relevant information about the enterprise. Accountability, namely the principle of clarity of function, performance and accountability of government organizations that enable enterprises could be implemented effectively. Middle Company Man
Requirements
- Operating knowledge of Word Prosessing and spreadsheets.
- Have a certificate AP III (Control Drill Expert) published Director General of Oil and Gas.
- Minimum Education of Bachelor Degree (S1) with 4 – 8 years of experience as a Company Man.
- Minimum Education of Diploma Degree (D3) with 10 – 15 years of experience as a Company Man.
- Or have a recommendation from the company work as a senior Company Man.
- Have excellent health according to the results of Medical Check-Up which held once a year.
- AP Certificate III (attached).
- Latest education diploma.
- MCU Results.
Junior Company Man
Requirements
- Operating knowledge of Word Prosessing and spreadsheets.
- Have a certificate AP III (Control Drill Expert) published Director General of Oil and Gas.
- Minimum Education of Bachelor Degree (S1) with 3 years of experience as a Company Man.
- Minimum Education of Diploma Degree (D3) with 4 years of experience as a Company Man.
- Have excellent health according to the results of Medical Check-Up which held once a year.
- AP Certificate III (attached).
- Latest education diploma.
- MCU Results.
Human Resources Manager/Coordinator
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor Degree (S1).
- Maximum age of 55 years old.
- Al least 4 years of experience as HR Officer.
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Have an understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc) and project monitoring as well as reporting
FIELD Coordinator
Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma Degree (D3).
- Maximum age of 45 years old.
- Al least 2 years of experience as HR Officer.
- Have an understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
