PT Rolas Nusantara Tambang – PT RNT is a mining company which is a subsidiary of PT Nusantara Plantation XII (Persero). The working area of the company is located in Surabaya, East Java. PT Nusantara Plantation XII or PTPN XII is a State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) with the status of a Limited Liability Company. Ownership of all shares owned by the Government of Indonesia PTPN. PTPN XII has several subsidiary companies, namely PT Rolas diataranya Medical Nusantara, PT Rolas Nusantara Mandiri, PT Sugar Industry Rolas Glenmore and PT Nusantara Mine.
PT Nusantara Mine Rolas – PTPN XII manage the plantation of 80,000 ha and spread throughout East Java which is divided into 3 regions and 34 units of the garden. Direction of the development of the company is the creation of a company PTPN XII Wolrd Class in terms of sales value and the creation of good corporate governance.
PT Rolas Nusantara Tambang – PT RNT is newly established company in Indonesia that runs in mining industry. The Company is a strategic subsidiary company of state-owned plantation company PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) or PTPN 12. According to PTPN 12 Annual Report 2013, PT Rolas Nusantara Tambang was formed in 2013 with total authorized capital of Rp 80 billion or equivalent with 80,000 pieces of shares.

Job Description
Requirements :
- Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
- D3/S1 Geology or Mining with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience.
- Preferably possess certification in the related field.
- Willing to be placed in all working area of RN Tambang.
- Advanced knowledge about mining stages and activities.
- Expertise with computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Mapping and GIS, etc).
