PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) is one of state owned plantations companies in Indonesia. The Company engaged in plantation, processing and marketing activities of plantation products and founded in 1996. The Company’s corporate head quarter located in Surabaya and operated in Mojokerto, Nganjuk, Jombang, Kediri, Sidoarjo, Tulungagung, Jember, Klaten and Jepara. PTPN X supported by 3 main business; Sugar Industry, Tobbacco and Hospital, with operated 11 sugar manufacturing plants, 3 hospilats, and 3 tobbacco processing plants.
PTPN X Persero is founded based on govermental regulation no.15 In February14.1996, which regulate the switchover of BUMN from Pi. Perkebunan (Eks.PiP 19. Ocs. PIP 2722 and as pip 27) Into PT, Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) and decanted in notary deed of Harun Kamil, SH No 43 at March 11, 1996 and altered in notary deed of Sri Rahayu Prasetyo SH No 01, at July 12. 2002
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Persero has three (3) main business, that is
- Sugar Industry. Sugar is sold locally through free competition and coordination (auction and negotiation). Meanwhile, the buyer of drop product is end user (factory) and trader.
- Tobacco, sold directly to factory and trader. Also exported through auction by delivering product sample
- Hospital, projected to fulfill social (union and constitutes self supporting business unit.
Other business unit constitutes cooperation and subsidiary company of PTPN X
- Cutting Bobbin Service, Cooperation between P7PN X and Burger Soehne A9 Burg (1358) – Swiss
- Plastic Bug. cooperation with PT Surya Satria Sembada-Jakarta to found PT Dasaplast Nusantara Which the products consisted of plastic bag, inner bag and waring, is aimed mainly to fulfill sugar factory and tobacco farm PTPN X And also export the products to Malaysia ond domestic market 3.
- Cultivation in Edamame and Okura Say, cooperation with PT Bahana Artha Ventura to found PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. Edamome Soy Is mainly exported to Japan however, efforts have been conducted to tea product in domestic market

Jobs Description
General Requirements
- Male/Female (preferably Female for SEKPER)
- Physical and Spiritual Health
- Maximum age of 28 years old as of 30 September 2014.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in
- KEU, PBJ, SPI : Management, Accounting.
- SDM : Management, Law, Psychology.
- HKM : Law
- SEKPER : Management, Communication.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) on a 4-point scale.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Having insight and extensive knowledge.
- Familiar with Ms. Office and Information Technology applications (Sosmed, E-mail, etc.)
- Able to work under pressure and highly motivated.
- Able to work together in a team.
- Good looking.
- Willing to be placed in all areas of PTPN X.
