PT Pengembangan Armada Niaga Nasional (Persero) – PT PANN was established in May 1974 as a State Owned Enterprise engaged in ship financing, with the aim to develop national shipping.

The existence of PT PANN is to facilitate the shipping companies that need financing of ships and also functions to balance the economic power in the shipping sector

PT PANN (Persero)’s purpose of establishment

As per its articles of association, PT PANN (Persero) was es­tablished by the government for the purpose of:

  1. Contributing to operate government policy and program in the area of national economy and development in general and procurement of commercial fleet, buoys and other supporting equipment in particular.
  2. To achieve the purpose, the company shall procure ship by ordering new ship and purchasing commercial ship and ship equipment for sale, purchase-and-hire out or hire out to national shipping firm or ship owner in need. The same goes for business of procurement of dock needs for the purpose of improvement and development of national commercial ship.
  3. The company may also establish or conduct other business having to do with the above mentioned business areas, either by it alone or joining other bodies as long as such is not contradictory to prevailing law and regulation and in accordance with the provision of articles of association.

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Law, preferably from reputable state university with GPA min 3.00
  • At least 3 – 4 years of working experience in the field of legal
  • Max age 30 years old
  • Good command in English, both obal and written
  • Have a good communication and negotiation skills
  • Have good analytical and decision making skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
