PT Istaka Karya (Persero) is a state-run construction firm and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company running business in the field of construction services, inlcuding planning, implementation and other innovative products.
Istaka was first established as PT Indonesian Consortium of Construction Industries (PT ICCI), a construction consortium company consist of 18 major construction companies. In 1986, PT Indonesian Consortium of Construction Industries was transformed into PT Istaka Karya (Persero). The Company is domiciled in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl Iskandarsyah Raya No 66 Jakarta.
To supports its operation activites, Istaka operates 2 operation divisions, namely Operating Division I and Operation Division II. According to BUMN Company Profile 2012 published by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise, Istaka Karya has 226 employees (122 permanent employees and 104 contract employees) at the end of 2010.

Jobs Description
Estimator
Requirements :
- Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering from a reputable university accredited A (PTN/PTS)
- Minimum GPA of 2.85 out of 4.00.
- Required experience as Estimator for minimum 3 years for D3 and 2 years for S1.
- Previous experience in high way, bridge, high rise building and infrastructure projects.
- Mastering MS Office (Excel and Word), MS Project, Power Point
Staff SDM
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 from a reputable university accredited A (PTN/PTS).
- Minimum GPA of 2.85 out of 4.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a staff.
- Preferably for those who have experience and expertise in the field of information system, Human Resource Management and labor law.
Manajer SDM & Umum
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in any field, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology (Industrial and Organization), Industrial Engineering, Law, Management.
- Minimum 12 years of experience for S1 or minimum 9 years for S2.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in officer level.
- Have expertuse in computer, information system, Human Resource Management and labor law.
