About PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) – PT IKI
Started as Makassar Shipyard Projects in 1963, is 100% owned by the government of Indonesia, founded on 29 October 1977. Known as PT IKI and headquartered in Makassar, South Sulawesi. PT IKI is the biggest shipyard in eastern Indonesia with yards in Makassar and Bitung, North Sulawesi.
The government has appointed PT IKI as the Center of Maritime Industry for eastern Indonesia especially for Fishing Vessel, Passenger Ships, Ferry (Ro-Ro), Cargo and any related industrial project industry.
Makassar yard is to support the Port of Makassar, one of four main Harbours in Indonesia. Whilst Bitung yard is to support the development of fisheries sector in northern part of eastern Indonesian archipelago (KTI). The two yards of PT IKI play an active role in promoting national national development of the country.

- 1963 : Started from Proyek Galangan Kapal Makassar.
- 1977 : Founded in 29 Oktober 1977 with Akta Notaris Siske Limowa Nomor : 122 as a realization from PP 17/1977 including Bitung dan Wayame Ambon (Berita Negara RI No. 64 Tahun 1981).
- 1984 : The company name changes to PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) (Berita Negara RI No. 73 Tahun 1985).
- 1996 : Assignment of the construction of fishing vessel Minajaya 31 units.
- 1999 : Wayame shipyard submitted to PT. Dok Dan Perkapalan Surabaya (Persero).
- 2002 : Project Fish Minajaya Shipbuilding officially discontinued, the company began unhealthy conditions
- 2012 : Restructuring and Revitalization starts with cooperation with several state-owned and private sector with a focus on improvement of the long-range facilities damaged.

Jobs Description
General Requirements :
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Male or Female.
- Psychically and mentally healthy.
- Maximum age of 35 years old (S1/D4) on 2018.
- Education background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) with minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3,00 (PTS), majoring in following disciplines.
- Akuntansi :
- S1 Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of accounting.
- Skilled in operating Microsoft Office and Accounting Program.
- Able to compile journals, income statements and balance sheet financial statements.
- Strong understanding about taxation.
- Engineering/Planner :
- S1 Shipping Engineering (Shipping Design, Shipping and Transportation System).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of engineering/planner.
- Skilled in operating AutoCAD, Maxurf, and MS Project.
- Marketing :
- S1 Shipping Engineering (Shipping Design, Shipping and Transportation System).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of shipyard marketing.
- Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office Makassar and Bitung Unit. Especially for Marketing Jakarta ares must be domiciled in Jakarta.
- Honest, conscientious, have data analysis skills and able to work together in teams, and have high integrity.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written as evidenced by TOEFL certificate.
- Drug free certificate.
- Have high integrity, enthusiasm and dedication to advance and develop the company
