About PT Indra Karya (Persero)
PT. Indra Karya is a state-owned company that was founded in Jakarta in 1972 as a continuation of the PN . Indra Karya , a company which is engaged in chartering the notarial deed . 108 1972. Because this company continued to suffer losses , then ian 1978 the Minister of Public Works as Authorized Shareholders have been reorganized and changed the company ‘s line of business into engineering consultancy firm ( Engineering ) . At that time , as a first foothold in entering new business fields , have been the field of electric power which has not happened in this segment stiff competition .
In 1981 the Minister of Public Works has been making efforts towards strengthening the company in order to support the development of national construction industry . Retrofitting is done by way of diverting some experts , technicians and administrative staff Brantas River Multipurpose Project Parent to PT . Indra Karya .
Besides, it has also made the addition of Government Capital Participation as land, office buildings , vehicles , laboratory equipment , survey and investigation equipment , computers and others in Malang . Since then , the field of PT . Indra Karya expanded with the development of water resources ( with emphasis on the engineering of large dams ) , survey and investigation work as well as management and economics .
Although in 1981 has begun to be acquired development projects in the water resources of the Directorate General of Water Resources , but in terms of the value of the contract , work in PLN electricity power is still dominant ( 85 % ) . Balancing market at the end ( beginning in 1987) tended to reverse where the total value of the contract within the larger Department of Public Works ( 80 % ) compared with in PLN . But that does not mean the value of the contract in PLN decline .
In 1982 PT . Indra Karya has won the international tender ( International Competitive Bidding ) for hydropower projects funded by ADB Sengguruh where PT . Indra Karya act as the lead consultant ( Lead firm) . The project runs until 1989 . Same feat also acquired in 1988 , in which PT . Indra Karya ( as well as the main consultant ) has won the auction for the two large hydropower projects funded by IBRD .

Jobs Description
General Requirements :
- Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 for PTN and 3.35 for PTS.
- Preferably education background in accordance with Education / Expertise and graduated from reputable university (PTN/PTS) with accreditation “A”.
- Have motivation, energetic, adaptive and able to cooperate in teams.
- Willing to sign placements in all parts of Indonesia.
- Able to speak English both oral and writing
