PT HALEYORA POWER is a subsidiary of PT PLN ( Persero ) which provides operation and maintenance services transmission and distribution of electric power and provide electricity supply to buyers commited to quality and premium services in Business to Business .
PT . Haleyora Power (PT HP ) was established by PT . PLN ( Persero ) to meet the electricity demand in the mining area of PT . Antam to be opened area East Halmahera , North Maluku . As anticipated , the PLN formed subsidiary namely PT . Haleyora Power will set up and operate the power plants of 300 MW . Where 100 % of the electricity output is intended to serve the mining operations of PT . Antam and processing at its smelters . But after several rounds of negotiations between the two sides , there are disagreements on the issue of pricing the buying and selling of electricity , then led to the cancellation of the transaction between PLN and PT . Antam .

Being a company that counts in Indonesia in the field of project management , operation and maintenance of transmission and distribution of electricity in the field with an emphasis on child development competencies of its subsidiaries , efficiency and customer satisfaction .
MISSION
PT Haleyora Power is a holding company operating in the field of O & M and IPP with diversification through subsidiaries in the field of O & M and the provision of electricity in the regions independently with the main goal to be a trend setter for PLN partners .

Staf Manajemen Resiko
Requirements:
- Minimal S1 Management / Industrial Engineering or other relevant majors
- Have a minimum 2 years experience in the field of risk management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal, written, and presentation
- High employment initiatives and responsive
- Maximum age 35 years
Accounting Staff
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Willing to be placed all region (Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah & Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Padang, Jakarta
HRBP – SSU
Requirements:
- Max. 35 years old
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrial Engineering/Law/ HR Management
- Min. 2 years experiences in related area
- Having experience in HR Supervisor will be advantages
- Willing to be placed in all Haleyora Branch (Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Padang, etc)
Staf HRD
Requirements:
- Min S2 Psychology, preferably with Practice License Psychologist (SIPP) with GPA min. 3:00
- Max. 30 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbally, in writing
- Has a high work initiative and responsive
- Willing to be in place in all areas of PT Haleyora Power
Deputi Manager Pengadaan (Asisten Manager Level)
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years
- Minimal S1 in Law, Economics, with a GPA of at least 3:00
- Have at least 3 years in the Field Procurement of Goods / Services
- Certified Procurement of Goods / Services
- Mastering Ms. Office / Excel
- Proficient in English, both orally and in writing well
- Having the ability to negotiate and can work together in teams
- Have the nature and leadership skills (leadership)
Staf Pengadaan (Procurement Staff)
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 majoring in Law / Economics with GPA 3:00
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of procurement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Mastering Ms. Office / Excel
- Fluent in English (at least passive)
- Having the ability to negotiate and be able to work in teams
