PT Energi Agro Nusantara – Energi Agro Nusantara is a rapidly growing bioethanol manufacturing company in Indonesia. Bioethanol is a renewable energy from agricultural feedstocks. The Company is a part strategic subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero), a leading state-owned agrubusiness and plantation company in Indonesia.
PT Energi Agro Nusantara was launched in 2013 based letter of approval from the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises No. S-348/MBU/2013 dated 17 May 2013. The Company operates bioethanol plants in Gedek Mojokerto East Java with total investment of Rp300 billion. PT Energi Agro Nusantara targeted to produce 400 kiloliters of bioethanol with 99.5% of purity level per day.
PT Energi Agro Nusantara established pursuant to the approval of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises No. S-348/MBU/2013 dated May 17, 2013. Signatory Approval Bioethanol Plant Subsidiary Name PTPN X attended by top officials in the Office of the Board of Directors and approved by the PTPN X Notary Sri Eliana Tjajoharto SH. The factory is located in the village of Mojokerto regency woven bamboo and its presence is expected to contribute positively in an effort to fulfill replaceable alternative energy in Indonesia.
PT Nusantara Energy Agro processing molasses (molasses) as a raw material into fuel grade ethanol with a purity level of 99.5 percent. In terms of national interest, the plant is expected to reduce the dependence on the presence of fuel oil (BBM) by utilizing alternative energy. Of the Company, derivative product diversification is not only associated with risk diversification and income, but also could be back performance of sugar companies. Looking ahead, the financial performance of the PG will be more supported by the development of the downstream product market.
