BTN embryo begins with the establishment Postspaarbank in Batavia in 1897. In 1942, during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, the bank is frozen and replaced with Tyokin Kyoku. After Indonesia’s independence proclamation of the bank was taken over by the Indonesian government and converted into the Post Office Savings. The name and form of the company subsequently changed several times until finally in 1998 was changed to the name and official form of current.

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Male or Female, with max age 26 years old (no older than 27 years old in 28 February 2013)
• Height
• o Male : min 160 cm
• o Female : min 155 cm
• Physically healthy and weight proportional
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university (PTN/PTS), preferably majoring in
1. o Economics (Accounting, Management & Banking)
2. o Law (Civil and Criminal)
3. o Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Information Technology, Agriculture)
• Min GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Preferably having TOEFL Score min 500
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Computer literate min Ms Office
• Not married, and willing to not married for 2 years
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia
• Willing to undergo a bond for 5 years
• No relatives of employees of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / brother / sister)

General Banking Staff (GBS)

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Male or Female, with max age 25 years old
• Height
• o Male : min 160 cm
• o Female : min 155 cm
• Physically healthy and weight proportional
• Min S1, preferably majoring in
1. o Economics (Banking, Accounting, and Development Studies)
2. o Law (Civil and Criminal)
3. o Computer Science / Information Management / Informatics Engineering
4. o Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Industrial, and Agricultural)
5. o Psychology
6. o Statistics
7. o PR (Public Relations)
• GPA min 2.75
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Computer literate min Ms Office
• Not married, and willing to not married for 2 years
