- Min S1 majoring in Economic, Management, Engineering or S2 majoring in Property Valuation Management with minimum GPA 3.00
- Have experience in banking related to appraisal at least 1 year or experienced in KJPP
- Possess MAPPI-P certificate or has been passed PDP1 / PDP2
