- Education : min D3 from actedited university (PTN/PTS) in all majors
- GPA min 2.75 (scale 4)
- Age
- D3 : max age 23 years old
- S1 : max age 25 years old
- Good behavior (as evidenced by a letter from the police)
- Preferred are from the local area
