Mega Management Development Program (MMDP)
Requirements :
- Not older than 27 years of age on this year.
- Education background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1 / S2) in any field from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
- Have leadership and actively involved in organizational activities.
- Strong drive for success.
- Have a good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Willing to join 1 year of MMDP education program in Jakarta.
Retail Manager Development Program (RMDP)
Requirements :
- Not older than 27 years of age on this year.
- Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Engineering, MIPA and Economics.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale
- Good looking.
- Have a good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willing to undergo a period of training and a bond.
