Requirements
- Male.
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Accounting.
- Required experience for minimum 2 years in the field of Accounting.
- Able to create taxation report.
- Placement in Site Project – Grand Dhika City Apartment Jatiwarna Bekasi : Preferably domiciled in Bekasi, East Jakarta and its surrounding area.
Marketing Communicatoion (Marcomm)
Requirements
- Male.
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
- Required experience for minimum 2 years in the related field.
- Able to analyze and evaluate property activities (promotion planning, event handling).
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Placement in Site Project – Grand Dhika City Apartment Jatiwarna Bekasi : Preferably domiciled in Bekasi, East Jakarta and its surrounding area.
Finance Collection
Requirements
- Female.
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
- Required experience for minimum 2 years in the related field.
- Familiar in handling customer complaints.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
- Placement in Site Project – Grand Dhika City Apartment Jatiwarna Bekasi : Preferably domiciled in Bekasi, East Jakarta and its surrounding area.
Mekanik & Elektrikal (M/E)
Requirements
- Male.
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 2 years in the related field.
- Able to make RAB and its analysis.
- Experience in building supervision.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
- Able to work under pressure.
