PT. Adhi Persada Beton is a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. ADHI originated from the Dutch-owned company named Architecten-en-Ingenicure Annemersbedrijf Selle en de Bruyn Associatie, Reyerse en de Vries NV (Associatie NV), which was nationalized and later designated as PN Adhi Karya on March 11, 1960. Nationalization is intended to spur infrastructure development in Indonesia.Since the date of June 1, 1974, ADHI into a Limited Liability Company, upon authorization by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia. ADHI is the first construction company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (formerly Jakarta Stock Exchange) since March 18, 2004, where at the end of 2003 of the Republic of Indonesia has removing 49% ownership of its shares to the public through the mechanism of Initial Public Offering (IPO).

With the advent of pressure on construction due to the intensity of competition and price wars, then in 2006, the Company through deep study decided redefined vision and mission: Being one of the selected company (company of choice) in the line of construction services, engineering, and infrastructure investment . This vision created the tagline “Beyond Construction” which describes the motivation for the move to the Company’s other businesses related to the core business of the Company in the field of construction EPC business, and investment. Construction
- Carry out the development of both civil works and buildings (highrise building) including public facilities such as airports, ports and harbors, roads and bridges, dams and irrigation channels, etc.
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
- ADHI has had a leading position as a key player in the construction industry powerhouse. Based on the experience and excellence, currently expanding ADHI business to the oil and gas sector that also made ADHI as one of the pioneers in the business of EPC SOE’s work in Indonesia.
Infrastructure Investment
- Consists of infrastructure investment projects in terms of powerhouse and toll roads.
Property
- Develop region-rise building (high rise building) for commercial, office and residential (apartment), and a hotel.
Real Estate
- Developing a quality residential luxury, landed house, and home store (shop) a maximum of four floors both in land development or in the development of residential design.
Precast Concrete
- To meet the needs of the precast concrete projects handled, Adhi has built its own factory precast concrete.
- Starting from Kanci Toll-Pejagan project, followed by Tanjung Benoa toll road project.
- Currently Adhi is developing a new plant with a capacity greater Sadang-Purwakarta and Mojokerto. While both these plants will support the needs of internal precast Adhi which will also serve the needs of the national project of precast concrete other externally.
- With the operation of the new plant the company hopes to provide engineering services and is able to meet the demand for precast concrete national needs. Furthermore, could provide a better Value for Adhi and Customer in general.

- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Have a good health and not color blind.
- Operating knowledge of Computer and internet application.
- Willing to be placed in all working unit of Adhi Persada Beton.
- Able to build internal and external networking.
- Have good attitude, visionary, integrity and loyalty.
- Able to plan, execute, control and evaluate daily targets.
- Have a similar field experience is preferred.
- Concern for QHSE implementation and control.
General Maintenance Production (Code : GMP)

- Maximum age of 35 years old

Kepala Pabrik Precast (Code : KPP)
Requirements :
- Maximum age of 40 years old
- Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Previous experience in leading the factory with a minimum of 300 workers.
- Have a good understanding of manpower regulation.
- Able to be a problem solver in a factory environment.

Manager Engineering (Code : MEng)
Requirements :
- Maximum age of 35 years old
