Perusahaan Umum – Perum Perhutani is a State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia, which has the duty and authority to enforce the planning , management , exploitation and protection of forests in the working area . As an SOE , Perhutanioffice seeking services for public benefit and at the same time seeking profits based on principles of corporate management . Perum Perhutani is established based on Government Regulation No. 15 of 1972 , amended by Government Regulation No. 2 of 1978 onwards existence and set back its efforts by Government Regulation No. 36 of 1986 and Government Regulation No. 30 Year 2003 . Currently the basic law governing Perhutanioffice is Government Regulation No. 72 of 2010 .
Perhutanioffice working area includes the entire State Forest located in Central Java , East Java , West Java and Banten , except for forest conservation . The total forest area managed by Perum Perhutani of 2,566,889 ha , consisting of production forest area of 1,454,176 ha ( 57 % ) , limited production forest area of 428 795 ha ( 16 % ) and an area of 683 889 ha of Protection Forest .
A Brief History
The history of forest management in Java and Madura , in a modern – institutional began in 1897 with the release of ” Reglement voor het van den bosschen BEHEER der Lande op Java en Madoera ” , 1897 Government Gazette number 61 ( abbreviated ” Bosreglement ” ) in addition to the rising anyway ” Reglement van den Dienst voor het op Java en Madoera Boschwezen ” ( abbreviated ” Dienst Reglement ” ) which sets rules on organization of the Forest Service , which was established by the Forest Service Besluit Gouvernement ( Government decision ) dated February 9, 1897 No. 21 , contained in Bijblad 5164 . Teak forests in Java started well taken care of , with the start of afbakening ( erection ) , measurement , mapping and forest governance .
In 1913 a new set Reglement ie ” Reglement voor het van den bosschen BEHEER der Lande op Java en Madoera ” , Government Gazette number 495 in 1913 , which also set the ” exploitation of its own ( eigen BEHEER ) or logging borong ( door particulière aannemer ) ” .
Bosch_Ordonnantie published in 1927 , contained in the State Gazette No. 1927 . 221 , and its implementing regulations in the form of Bosch_Verordening 1932, the full name : ” Bepalingen met Betrekking Tot ‘s Lands Boschbeheer op Java en Madoera ” which became the basis of the maintenance and management of forests in Java and Madura by the Forest Service ( den Dienst van het Boschwezen ) .
In 1972 , the Government Regulation No. 15 of 1972 , established on March 29, 1972 , the Indonesian government established the Public Company or abbreviated State Forestry Perhutanioffice . Government Regulation No. 15 of 1972 , the East Java PN Perhutani established by Government Regulation No. 18 of 1961 , and PN Perhutani Central Java which was established by Government Regulation No. 19 of 1961 , melted down and made into a production unit of Perum Perhutani ( vide : Article 1 ( 2 ) of Government Regulation No. 15 of 1972) . In 1978 , the Government Regulation No. 2 of 1978 it adds Perhutanioffice production units with working area which covers the whole area of ??forest in the Region of West Java and called Perum Perhutani Unit III .
Legal Basis Perhutani as stipulated in Government Regulation No. 15 of 1972 in conjunction with Government Regulation No. 2 of 1978 , later refined / replaced in succession by Government Regulation No. 36 of 1986, Government Regulation No. 53 Year 1999 , Government Regulation No. 14 of 2001 , and last with Government Regulation No. 30 of 2003 . Currently the company Perum Perhutani management implemented by Government Regulation No. 72 Year 2010 .
Perum Perhutani has subsidiaries , namely PT Perhutani Nature Tourism tourism business dealing , and PT Perhutani Grace Chemicals engaged in processing of Gum Rosin and turpentine .

Jobs Description
General Requirements
- Indonesian Citizens.
- Drug free.
- Never been sentenced to prison or jail by the court verdict has had permanent legal force, for committing a criminal act.
- Never dismissed with respect not his/her own request or not with respect as a CPNS / PNS, members of the TNI / police, Employee BUMN / or not having been dismissed for violations / penalties for private sector employees.
- Willing to be placed in all working area of Perum Perhutani.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale (for D3/S1 PTN) or 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for D3/S1 PTS accredited A).
- ot exceed 28 years of age for Diploma Degree (D3) and 30 for Bachelor Degree (D3) by 15 August 2015.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
