About Perum Jasa Tirta I
Perusahaan Umum Jasa Tirta I or Perum Jasa Tirta I is an Indonesian state-owned company engaged in managing water resources. The Company established in 1990 based on Government Regulation (PP) No. 5 of 1990. The Company’s head quarted located in Malang – East Java and operated in 2 working area, consist of the area of Brantas River and its 39 tributaries and Solo River and 25 its tributaries. Perum Jasa Tirta 1 supported by 5 ASA service division offices, 2 general service divison offices and 2 water qualiry labolatories. Jasa Tirta also operated WS Bengawan Solo office located in Surakarta and representative office located in Jakarta.
Housing is a form of state-owned, established under the Regulation No.5/1990 on Public Companies (PERUM) Jasa Tirta with the PP No.93/1999 changes then converted back to PP. 46 Year 2010 regarding General Company (PERUM) Jasa Tirta I.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
Intent and purposes of the Company is also implementing and supporting government policies and programs in economics and national development in general, especially in the field of Water Resource Exploitation and Management of Water Resources, and optimizing the utilization of company resources to produce goods and services based on the Company’s management principles healthy
TYPE OF BUSINESS:
In order to carry out the intent and purposes of the Company, the Company is conducting business as follows:
Main Business Activities:
- Standard water service for drinking water, industry, agriculture, flushing, ports, power plants, and other water needs;
- Electricity supply to the Company the Company (Limited) PT National Electricity Company and / or the Company other than the Company (Limited) PT National Electricity Company in accordance with the provisions of legislation;
- Generation, distribution of hydroelectric power, drinking water, business consulting services in the technology field of Water Resources, rental of equipment, and water quality laboratory services, and
- Development of SPAM.
In addition to the main business activity, company maintains business optimization potential of the resources owned by the Company for offices, warehousing, tourism, hospitality and resorts, sports and recreation, hospitals, infrastructure, telecommunications, energy resources, consultancy services, construction services, ekobisnis, center training, agricultural business, rental, and commercial facilities and infrastructure are owned and controlled by the Company.

Jobs Description
General Requirements :
- Indonesian citizens (WNI).
- Believing in God Almighty.
- Loyal and obedient to Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (UUD 1945), and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Never involved directly or indirectly in activities that betrayed the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, Pancasila and UUD 1945.
- Not a member and / or party official of a political party and / or a legislative member and / or a legislative member.
- Not a candidate for head / deputy head of region and / or holding the head / deputy head of region.
- Never punished for committing crime.
- Not constitute as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), a member of the Army of the Republic of Indonesia (TNI) or Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Polri).
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Maximum age of 58 years old on 3l December 2018.
- Physically and mentally healthy, evidenced by a certificate from a doctor of a government hospital.
- Individual who is capable of doing legal deeds.
Special Requirements :
- Have experience in leading the Company either in the form of Limited Liability Company, State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) or Cooperative, with minimum ten (10) years in middle or upper management positions.
- Create and present a concise strategic plan (vision, mission and development strategy) of Subsidiary in the field of EBT Perum Jasa Tirta I at the stage of selection of exposure to business plan.
- Unbound in family relationships with the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Board of Perum Jasa Tirta I, to the third degree in a straight line, including in-laws or in-laws.
- Within 5 (five) years before appointment as Board of Directors, never:
- Declared bankrupt;
- Be a member of the Board of Directors or Board of Commissioners or Supervisory Board or Supervisory Board found guilty to cause a private company in the form of Limited Liability Company, BUMN, BUMD or Cooperative is declared bankrupt;
- If elected as President Director / Subsidiary Director in the field of EBT Perum Jasa Tirta I is willing to:
- No concurrent positions of the Board of Directors or Leaders or certain positions at other institution or business entity based on law are prohibited to be caught;
- Placed in Jakarta;
- Signing Contract of Management and Integrity Pact.
- Have a strong will (enthusiasm) and high dedication to promote and develop a subsidiary in the field of EBT Perum Jasa Tirta I.
