About Kota Tanpa Kumuh (Kotaku)
Program KOTAKU (Kota Tanpa Kumuh) is a program of prevention and improving the quality of national slum which is an elaboration of the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Directorate General of Human Settlements 2015 – 2019. This program targets the achievement of the alleviation of urban slums to 0 Ha through prevention and improving the quality of slum area of 38 431 hectares.
Program Objectives
The program’s objectives are to improve access to infrastructure and basic services in urban slum areas to support the realization of urban settlements livable, productive and sustainable.
Between Objective:
- Supports the broad decline in the area of slums became 0 Ha
- The establishment of the Working Group for Housing and Settlement Region (WG PKP) at the district / city in the prevention and improvement of slums that works fine
- Establishment of a plan of prevention and improving the quality of slums municipal / district level and community-level institutionalized through the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD)
- Increased income Low-Income Communities (MBR) through the provision of infrastructure dankegiatan livelihood improvement community to support prevention and quality improvement of slums; and
- The implementation of common rules in an effort to change behavior of clean and healthy communities and slum prevention.
The initiation of this program of the Directorate General of Cipta Karya (DGHS) Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing that within the next 5 years will focus on realizing the settlement habitable until they reach 0 Ha slum without displacing.
The design of this program rests on the development of a national program preceding the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Urban. The program has provided a valuable form of the establishment of institutional investment community level, cooperation between the public and local governments, system monitoring and capacity escort team. Based learning, Kotaku program designed by the local government as skipper in creating livable and sustainable settlement.

Jobs Description
A. Fasilitator Kelurahan Teknik
Requirement :
- Minimal Bachelor / S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Being able to run the application Autocad / ARCGIS / Sketchup
- Being able to calculate the Budget Plan (RAB)
B. Fasilitator Kelurahan Manajemen Keuangan
Requirement :
- Minimal Bachelor / S1 majoring in Accounting / Management
- Mastering Bookkeeping
General requirement :
- Having a motorcycle and SIM C
- Has a track record of good moral character
- Proficient in computer, minimal program office (word, excel and power point) and the internet
- Willing to be placed in the city of Balikpapan
