The company was previously in mortgage bank. As the result of an act from government rules number 33 in the year of 1960 of West Java Government Province by Notary Public Noezar number 152 dated March 21st, 1961 and number 184 dated may 13th, 1961 and has been inaugurated with the letter of decision from the the governor of west java province number 7/GKDH/BPD/61 dated on May 20th, 1961, had founded PD Bank Karya Pembangunan with basic capital in the amount of Rp 2.500.000, 00

Job Description
Requirements :
- Male and Female.
- Minimum background in University Degree (S1) from a reputable University in any field, except Medical, Nursing, Literature, Art, Education/Teacher, and Religion,
- Strong academic results with minimum GPA of 3.00 for (for S1) and 3.25 (for S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Maximum age of 25 years old for S1; and 27 years old for S2.
- Good looking with height and weight proportional.
- Male : minimum height of 170 cm.
- Female : minimum height of 160 cm.
- Not have family relationship with an employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
- Not married and willing not to get married during the training.
- Willing to be stationed in all the working area of Bank BJB.
- Willing to undergo bonds of service.
General Requirements :
- Have a strong analytical.
- Have a good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (active), both oral and written.
- Proficient in computer literacy, minimum Microsoft Office.
- Have a good health (physically and mentally), not color blind (partial or total), free from the influence of narcotics and other additives.
- Have a good integrity, disciplines and high commitment .
