Klaten Regency has an area of 665.56 km² and bordered to Boyolali Regency in the north, Special Region of Yogyakarta in the south and west, Sukoharjo Regency and Wonogiri Regency in the east. Klaten Regency is administratively divided into 26 Districts, 53 Villages, and 103 Kelurahan.

1. Tenaga Medis Kesehatan (TMK) : 112 orang
2. Tenaga Non Medis (TNM) : 56 orang
3. Tenaga Medis Analis Kesehatan (TMK AK) : 4 orang

Jobs Description

General Requirements:

• Make an offer letter to the administration in accordance format examples
• Make a statement of interest with the formation according to the example
• Indonesian citizen is evidenced by a copy of a valid identity card legalized by authorized official
• Never been sentenced to prison or confinement by a court decision that already have permanent legal force, as an act of criminal SKCK evidenced by a copy certified by the competent authority
• Applicants for the formation of D3 / S1, graduates of Higher Education Institutions Accreditation minimum C issued by BAN-PT
• Photocopy of diploma and transcripts legalized by the competent authority with original signature, stamp wet authorized agencies and are not allowed while the diploma / certificate of graduation (Specialist Doctor Specialty formation allowed the Certificate of Graduation)
• The original certificate of minimum height of 160 cm men, women at least 155 cm with proportional weight of the doctors clinic / hospital governments
• The original health certificate and not color blind from doctors clinic / hospital governments
• Completing a drug-free certificate (drug) dated since the announcement of the selection process
• Color photographs size 4×6 cm 2 (two) pieces affixed to the biographical data sheet
• Making bio / résumé (Curriculum Vitae) equipped with a reference / SK appointment until the final decree of companies / institutions which are concerned being / have worked (In accordance special requirements)
• Rp.6000 bermaterau affidavit stating:
  1. Never dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as civil servants or dishonorably discharged as a private employee
  2. Not located as CPNS / PNS
  3. Willing to work full time and work shifts
  4. Not being pregnant during the contract period
  5. Willing contracts terminated if it is proved subscribe rules apply
  6. Willing given legal sanction if the terms of the administrative and technical submitted untrue / falsified.
