PT Ekploitasi dan Industri Hutan II (Persero) – INHUTANI II is a State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) are engaged in logging and wood processing industries liquidation of PN. Perhutani South Kalimantan and Special Projects Pontianak.
PT. INHUTANI II established under Government Regulation No. 32 of 1974 with the Articles of Association as stated in notarial act Kartini Mulyadi, SH No. 77 dated 12 November 1975, which was passed in the Register of the Minister of Justice of Representatives on January 26, 1976 Number: YA.5 / 50 / 176 and was published in the Official Gazette of Republic of Indonesia Number: 275/1976.
Amendments to the Articles of Association of the last confirmed through notarial act Fauz Nanda Iwan, SH K.Kn Number: 13 of 12 August 2008, which represents a change of notarial act Imas Fatimah, SHNomor: 67 in 1984, with work areas include South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan.
In 1980 PT. INHUTANI II received additional work area in Manokwari Papua, former State Timber Company Manokwari area.
The area has been managed for nine years and in 1989 returned to the government because most of the area has transferred its functions to transmigration areas while the rest are in areas with potential heavy bertopografi stands not good so do not deserve to be managed more.
Up to 2012 PT. INHUTANI II has seven areas of self-management unit area of 336 731 hectares spread over South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan TPTI and plantation silviculture systems.
IUPHHKHA Sei Body covering 99 100 hectares to date has not been exploited because of the rugged terrain and IUPHHKHA Sea Island area of 40 950 ha is not economically managed with TPTI.

Jobs Description
General Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in the field of
- Forestry
- Agronomy/Agriculture
- Accounting
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS, acredited BAN PT)
- Single/Not married with maximum age of 30 years old as of 15 January 2015.
- Willing to be placed in all working units of PT Inhutani II in the area South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan.
- Willing to undergo bondage for 3 years
- Good character.
