Dinas Komunikasi and Informatika is the Department that has the tasks of local authorities in the field of Information and Communication Technology management and perform the duty of assistance provided by the Government and the Provincial Government or in any activity which is always associated with the Construction and Development of Information Systems, Development and Maintenance Computer Network Inter-Sector, Production Management Information and Publications, Management and Development of Public Communication, which in any such activities are divided into three fields and 1 Secretariat, where each field is supervised by the head of the field. As a government agency that has a great responsibility and move in the local government area in Surabaya, then DINKOMINFO has a fundamental duty and a great functionality in building Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Surabaya.
Office of Communications and Information Technology Surabaya currently based and occupies an office at the address Jl. Jimerto No. 25-27 V floor Surabaya City Government Offices, telephone Tel. (031) 5312144 384 aircraft; 527; 278; 175; 164; 232; 275; 292 and Fax. (031) 5450154. In implementing Main Duties and Functions, Office of Communications and Information Technology Surabaya supported by 52 (Fifty-Two) PNS. To achieve efficiency and effectiveness of performance, made the division of tasks for Echelon, in accordance with Regulation No. Mayor Surabaya 42 of 2011.
At first the Management Board Information and Communication Technology (BAPETIKOM) established in November 2005. Since no new legislation in the framework of the implementation of Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007 concerning the regional Organization, then implemented step – step alignment and realignment of the existing regional organizations as efforts to strengthen regulatory, institutional performance of the regional Accountability.
That to optimize the service to the community through the steps – steps as mentioned above, has been in the form of regional organization according to the characteristics, needs and potential, regional financial capability and the availability of personnel resources Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2008 on December 15, 2008.
In the regional regulation, Agency of Information and Communications Technology Management is set and turned into the Office of Communications and Informatics. In general DINKOMINFO oversees 51 civil servants divided into four areas, namely:
Secretariat
- Field Means of Communication and Information Dissemination (SKDI)
- Field Applications and Telematics (Aptel)
- Field of Post and Telecommunications (POSTEL)

Requirements

- D3 / S1 majoring in Informatics Management, Information Systems and Informatics Engineering with minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Master web programming (PHP, .NET Framework).
- Understanding the concept of RDBMS.
- Master PL / SQL Oracle.
- Fluent in English (active / passive).

Analis Networking
Requirements
- S1 majoring in Electrical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Preferably Male.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Understanding IP Network Management, Network Topology, TCP / IP Network, Ip v4 and IP v6, setting LAN / WAN Protocol, Internet Security.
- Understanding Switching devices.
- Have a good skills in the analysis of the design and implementation of the network (proxy, Routing, Firewall, NAT, LAN, WAN, TCP / IP, etc.).
- Have a good skills in the analysis of the design and implementation of application servicer in windows & linux (mail servers, DNS, FTP webserver, SQL Server, Virtualization, etc.).
- Have a good skills in the maintenance and troubleshoot all computer networking equipment.
- Have a good team work and honest.
- Have a good communication skill, ethics and manners.

Requirements
- Male/Female.
- D3/S1 majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communciation Design (DKV)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Able to create animations.
- Familiar with Corel, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing.

- Have a good communication skill, ethics and manners.

Tenaga Operasional Bidang Pos dan Telekomunikasi / POSTEL
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum SMK/D3 Electronics.
- Understand electronics.
- Understand communication tool (HT).
- Understand the system of two-way radio repeater.
- Able to make an analysis of events (chronological problems).
- Have a good team work and honest.
- Have a good communication skill, ethics and manners.

IT Support
Requirements
- Minimum SMK majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ).
- Preferably Male.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Operating knowledge of Linux Operating System (Ubuntu, Debian).
- Able to install and configure the mikrotik
- Able to assemble a computer, network installation.
- Capable of handling computer troubleshooting.
- Have a good team work and honest.
