Management Development Program (MDP)

Requirements:
- S1/S2 college graduates selected from various disciplines except Religious, Teacher Training, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health Sciences and Nursing
- Active in the organization, both within and outside the campus
- Graduate GPA of at least 3:01 to 3:20 minimum GPA of S1 and S2 for graduates
- Able to speak English both orally and in writing
- Maximum age 26 years
- Not married and willing to not get married during the MDP education
- Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia
Account Officer (AO)
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Minimum education S1 all majors
- Minimum 3 years experience as a loan officer in banking
- Have a complete and detailed knowledge of banking products especially Islamic banking
- Relish the challenge, target oriented, and mobile
- IPK minimum 2.75
- Able to communicate in a persuasive
- Have good English language skills written and spoken

Requirements:
