BTN embryo begins with the establishment Postspaarbank in Batavia in 1897. In 1942, during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, the bank is frozen and replaced with Tyokin Kyoku. After Indonesia’s independence proclamation of the bank was taken over by the Indonesian government and converted into the Post Office Savings. The name and form of the company subsequently changed several times until finally in 1998 was changed to the name and official form of current.

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen (WNI), Male/Female, with max age 24 years old (not the 25th birthday by December 31, 2013)
  • Healthy body and weight proportionate
  • Min Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably majoring in
    1. Economics (Banking, Finance, and Development Studies)
    2. Law (Civil and Criminal)
    3. Computer Science / Information Management / Information Technology
    4. Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Industrial, and Agricultural)
    5. Psychology
    6. Statistics
    7. PR (Public Relations)
  • GPA min 2.75
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Not married and willing to not get married for 2 years
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years
  • Has no family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / brother / sister)

Supporting Staff (SS)

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen (WNI), Male/Female, Single/not married
  • Maximum age 24 years old (not the 25th birthday by December 31, 2013)
  • D3 all the majors, GPA. min. 2.75 (4.00 scale)
  • Min height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female) with weight (BB) proportional
  • Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years

Teller Service Staff (TS)

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen (WNI), Male/Female, Single/not married
  • Maximum age 24 years old (not the 25th birthday by December 31, 2013)
  • D1 all the majors, GPA. min. 2.75 (4.00 scale)
  • Min height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female) with weight (BB) proportional
  • Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years
