PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Tbk – Bank Banten was incorporated on 9 August 1993 under the name of PT Executive International Bank. In 2010, the company changed its name to PT Bank Pundi Indonesia Tbk. The name of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Tbk officially launched on 29 July 2016. Bank Banten is 35.41% owned by PT Banten Global Development, 24.08% by PT Recapital Securities, 11.80% by PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, and 28.71% by publics. Bank Banten is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl RS Fatmawati No 12 Jakarta Selatan. At present, Bank Banten runs its business through 71 office networks spread across Indonesia.
On August 9, 1993 the Company began operating as a commercial bank in Jakarta by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia 673 / KMK.017 / 1993 dated June 23, 1993 On Granting Enterprises PT. Executive International Bank.
The entry of PT. Recapital Securities as Controlling Shareholders of the Company who have previously received approval from Bank Indonesia in its letter No. 12/84 / GBI / DPIP / Confidential June 29, 2010. Similarly, the change of name of the Company has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia through its letter No. AHU-3740.AH.01.02 dated July 28, 2010 on Amendment of Articles of Association of the Company and has received approval from Bank Indonesia also through Bank Indonesia Governor Decree-KEP.GBI No.12-58 / 2010 dated September 23 2010 Concerning Change of Use Permit on Behalf PT. Bank Executives International, Tbk became Permit on Behalf PT. Pundi Bank Indonesia, Tbk.
PT. Pundi Bank Indonesia (d / h PT. Bank Executives International, Tbk) developed into a public company after the date of June 22, 2001 Effective obtain a statement from the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) through letter No. S-1531 / PM / 2001 for its offering Initial Public as much as 277.5 million shares with a nominal Rp 100, – to the Community and record the shares in the Jakarta stock Exchange on July 13, 2001 with stock code BEKS.
On July 29, 2016, the change of the bank name coded BEKS issuer has obtained a decree from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) No. 12 / KDK.03 / 2016 regarding the determination of the use of an operating license in the name of PT. Banten Regional Development Bank, Tbk. So PT. Pundi Bank Indonesia, Tbk officially renamed PT. Regional Development Bank Banten Tbk (BPD Banten) began in early August 2016.
Previously, PT. Pundi Bank Indonesia, Tbk has been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights related to the name change (27/6). Ministry approval is contained in Decree No. AHU-0012108.AH.01.02 on Approval of Articles of Association of PT. Banten Regional Development Bank, Tbk.

Requirements :

- Have a good communication skill.
- Able to establish or build a good relationship with a target-oriented set.
- Have a good understanding of risk management in banking industry.
