Persyaratan Umum :

1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia;
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi- tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada saat pelamaran;
3. Memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan;
4. Terdaftar sebagai pencari kerja pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja;
5. Sehat jasmani dan rohani (cacat fisik tidak berarti tidak sehat jasmani);
6. Berkelakuan baik;
7. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia;
8. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai CPNS/PNS/TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
9. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan keputusan Pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena suatu tindak pidana kejahatan.
10. Tidak pernah terlibat dalam suatu kegiatan/gerakan yang menentang Pancasila, UUD 1945, Negara dan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia.
11. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/TNI/Polri;
12. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai pengurus dan/atau anggota partai politik;
13. Tidak mengkonsumsi/menggunakan narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan zat adiktif lainnya.

Persyaratan Khusus :

1. Bagi pelamar disabilitas, tingkat dan jenisnya hanya bagi disabilitas tuna daksa sedang, yaitu memiliki keterbatasan motorik dan mengalami koordinasi sensorik (disabilitas pada salah satu kaki/tangan dan dapat bekerja sendiri tanpa bantuan orang lain), dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari Dokter Pemerintah;
2. Untuk jabatan Pelatih Olahraga dikhususkan bagi Atlit berprestasi dari setiap cabang olahraga yang pernah meraih Medali Emas pada event Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON), Medali Perak pada event SEA Games dan Medali Perunggu pada event ASEAN Games/Olimpiade;
3. Tidak sedang terikat kontrak dengan instansi lain;
4. Tidak akan mengajukan permohonan pindah instansi di luar Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Maluku sebelum memiliki masa kerja aktif sekurang- kurangnya 5 (lima) tahun terhitung sejak pengangkatan menjadi PNS;
5. Pelamar yang menyampaikan surat lamaran yang dikirim secara langsung kepada Panitia/tidak melalui Kantor Pos dan/atau dikirimkan sebelum dan sesudah tanggal pengumuman pendaftaran (6 s/d 20 September 2013), dinyatakan tidak berlaku/tidak memenuhi syarat;

• Seluruh proses seleksi penerimaan CPNS Tahun 2013 mulai dari proses pendaftaran/pelamaran, pelaksanaan seleksi sampai dengan penentuan kelulusan tidak dipungut biaya (kecuali biaya pengiriman dan pengembalian surat lamaran oleh masing-masing pelamar melalui PT. Pos Indonesia) dan bebas dari praktek korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN).
• Pelamar hanya diperbolehkan melamar pada 1 (satu) jenis jabatan/instansi, dan apabila ada pelamar yang melamar lebih dari 1 (satu) jenis jabatan/ instansi, dinyatakan Tidak Memenuhi Syarat (TMS).
• Pelamar yang terbukti melakukan perjokian/percaloan dan/atau pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi terbukti memberikan keterangan atau data PALSU pada saat proses pendaftaran/pelamaran dan/atau saat ujian, dinyatakan TIDAK LULUS / GUGUR dan akan diproses sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
