Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia – MA RI or Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia is a high state institutions in Indonesia which is the constitutional system of judicial power holders. The Supreme Court supervises the judicial bodies in the general courts, religious courts, military courts, administrative courts. The Supreme Court consists of the leadership, members of the judges, clerks (panitera), and a secretary. Leaders and judges of the Supreme Court is the supreme judge and the number of judges at most 60 (sixty) people. Chairman of the Supreme Court elected from and by the Supreme Court justices, and was appointed by President.
Mahkamah Agung has the authority to:
- Mahkamah Agung decide upon an appeal against the decision of the court of appeal or the final level of all courts
- Mahkamah Agung rules materially test against legislation under the Act
- Supervising highs against the administration of justice in all courts in the administration of judicial power

Placement plan

General requirements

Entry Requirements General Formation:
- Indonesian citizens who piety to God Almighty faithful and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Be well behaved and never convicted of imprisonment based on court decisions that have permanent legal force
- Never dismissed With respect not at your own request or not with respect as civil servants / members of the TNI or Police
- Not positioned as a civil servant candidate CPNS or civil servant civil servants / members of the TNI or Police
- Have an educational qualification in accordance with the requirements of positions from public or private universities with accredited courses at least b or very good from the National Accreditation Board of universities BAN PT at the time the certificate is issued if the accreditation is not written in the diploma then evidenced by a letter from the faculty
- The cumulative grade point average GPA of 2.75 scale 4.00 is proved by a copy of diploma and transcript of legalized Kiki value at least by dean or equivalent
- Minimum age 22 (twenty two) years and maximum 32 years as of December 1, 2017

- Healthy physical and spiritual
- Well-behaved and never jailed based on court ruling that has been in permanent law

- Graduating Primary School Education or equivalent, junior high school or equivalent and senior high school or equivalent in Papua and West Papua region as well as proven by photocopy of legalized diploma
- Parents of indigenous parents of Papua and West Papua as well as proved by applicant’s birth certificate, photocopy of father’s identity card (father’s birth) and family relationship letter from Kelurahan or village
- Minimum age 22 (twenty two) years and maximum 32 years old as of December 1, 2017
