About Kementerian Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal (KemenegPDT)
Kementerian Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal – KemenegPDT or the Ministry for The Development of Disadvantaged Regions of Republic Indonesia is a government ministry in Indonesia which oversees the field of development of disadvantaged regions. Kementerian PDT has the task to assist President of Republic Indonesia in formulating policies and coordination in the field of development of disadvantaged regions. The Ministry is led by Minister who is under and responsible to the President of Republic Indonesia. Since 2009, the Minister of Kementerian PDT is Helmy Faishal Zaini, replacing Mohammad Lukman Edy. The Minister is assisted by 5 deputies and 5 expert staff. The Ministry is based in Jakarta and headquartered in Jl Abdul Muis No 7 Jakarta Pusat 10110.

PERSYARATAN PENDAFTARAN
- Warga Negara Indonesia;
- Berusia setinggi – tingginya 35 tahun per 1 Desember 2013;
- Berijasah S1 atau yang disetarakan, baik lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah terakreditasi dengan Indeks Prestasi Komulatif (IPK) Minimal 2,75 (nilai bukan hasil pembulatan);
- Untuk Ijasah yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi di luar negeri harus diakui dan ditetapkan sederajat dengan ijasah dari perguruan tinggi negeri yang berwenang menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Nasional;
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani serta tidak mengalami ketergantungan terhadap narkotika/sejenisnya;
- Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
- Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan tindak pidana kejahatan;
- Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/PNS, Calon/Anggota TNI/POLRI;
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau Negara Lain yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah;

- Kelulusan pelamar tes ditentukan oleh kemampuan dan kompetensi pelamar. - Keputusan panitia dalam hal kelulusan pendaftar/pelamar pada setiap tahap bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat;
- Apabila pelamar memberikan keterangan/data yang tidak benar, dan dikemudian hari diketahui, baik pada setiap tahapan, maupun setelah diangkat menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, Kementerian Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal berhak menggugurkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, menuntut ganti rugi atas kerugian negara yang terjadi akibat keterangan yang tidak benar tersebut, dan melaporkannya sebagai tindak pidana ke pihak yang berwajib.
