Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan – Badan POM – BPOM is an Indonesia institution in charge of overseeing the distribution of medicines and food in Indonesia. The functions and duties of the body resembles the functions and duties of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States.
POM functions include:
- Setting, regulation, and standardization
- Licensing and certification in the field of pharmaceutical industry based ways of Good Production
- Product evaluation before being allowed to circulate
- Post-marketing vigilance including sampling and testing laboratories, production facilities and distribution inspection, investigation and enforcement.
- Pre-audit and post-audit and promotional advertising products
- Research on the implementation of drug control policy and food;
- Communication, information and public education, including a public warning.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Have high integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia.
- Has status as a candidate for Civil Servants / Civil Servant.
- There was never dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as CPNS / PNS / Members Military / Police or dishonorably discharged as a private employee.
- There was never sentenced to prison or jail based on court decisions that already have permanent legal force, due to perform a criminal act.
- Not a member of a political party or committee.
- Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Understand / master the use of computers (office) and internet (browsing and electronic mail).

Submit Application
Online registration period began on 20 August to 3 September 2014 by the portal Panselnas :
- http://panselnas.menpan.go.id (to get registration number, user and password)
- Then go to : http://sscn.bkn.go.id and choose the Department you desired.
Notes:
- CPNS test will be done online with the CAT system. CAT training material CPNS: Click Here
- For applicants who have scored a Test Card please attach recent photograph with a red background size 3 x 4 cm in the space provided for 2 (two) copies.
- Once passed and has submitted the file to the determination of NIP later resigned then imposed a fine to be deposited by the State of Indonesia.
