About Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN)

Badan Intelijen Negara – BIN is Indonesia government agency in charge of implementing nonkementerian administration tasks in the field of intelligence . BIN chief since October 19, 2011 was Marciano Norman .

After Intel’s New Order broke down in 1965 , Suharto headed the Command for the Restoration of Security and Order ( Kopkamtib ) . Next in the whole area ( Military Area Command / Military Command ) formed Task Force Intelligence ( STI ) .

Then August 22, 1966 Suharto established the State Intelligence ( KIN ) with Brig . Yoga Sugomo as head directly responsible to him .

As a strategic intelligence organization , the BPI merged into KIN who also has a Special Operations ( Opsus ) under Lieutenant Colonel . Murtopo with assistant Leonardus Benyamin ( Benny ) and Aloysius Moerdani Sugiyanto .

Less than a year , May 22, 1967 Soeharto issued Presidential Decree (Decree ) to design KIN into State Intelligence Coordinating Agency ( Bakin ) . Major General . Soedirgo is the first head of Bakin .

At the time of Major General . Sutopo Sudarsono , Bakin has a Deputy II under Nicklany Soedardjo Colonel , Military Police officer ( POM ) graduated from Fort Gordon , USA .

Actually, in the early 1965 intel PM Nicklany created unit , the Executive Intelligence Detachment ( Den Pintel ) POM . Officially , Den Pintel POM into Special Intelligence Unit ( Intel Satsus ) , then in 1976 a task force ( Satlak ) and Bakin in the 1980s later became Implementation Unit ( UP ) 01 .

Began to occur in 1970 with the addition of a reorganization Bakin Deputy III Opsus post under Brig . Murtopo . As Suharto’s inner circle , is considered the most prestigious Opsus Bakin , ranging from domestic affairs of the Act ( the Act ) and the West Irian -born political machine Golkar ( Golkar ) until the Indochina problem .

Since 1945 s / d now , the state intelligence organization has changed its name as much as 6 ( six ) times :

1. BRANI (Badan Rahasia Negara Indonesia).
2. BKI (Badan Koordinasi Intelijen).
3. BPI (Badan Pusat Intelijen).
4. KIN (Komando Intelijen Negara).
5. BAKIN (Badan Koordinasi Intelijen Negara).
6. BIN (Badan Intelijen Negara).

BIN organizational structure has been amended by Presidential Decree No. 34 Year 2010, replaces the Presidential Regulation No. 52 Year 2005. Under the regulation, BIN organizational structure consists of:

7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota dan atau pengurus partai politik
8. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/ anggota TNI/ Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegaai swasta
9. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan
10. Sehat jasmani rohani dan tidak buta warna
11. Tidak pernah terlibat penyalahgunaan narkoba
12. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau negara lain

Persyaratan Administrasi

1. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri, menggunakan tinta hitam pada kertas folio bergaris, bermaterai Rp. 6.000,- dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar serta ditujukan kepada Kepala Biro Kepegawaian BIN
2. Daftar riwayat Hidup (didalamnya harus dicantumkan nomor telepon yang mudah dihubungi)
3. Foto copy ijazah dan transikip nilai Prestasi Akademik yang masing-masing dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang (surat keterangan kelulusan/ ijazah sementara tidak dapat diterima)
4. Pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 3×4 cm sebanyak 10 lembar
5. Asli surat keterangan catatan kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku
6. Asli kartu tanda pencari kerja dari Depnakertrans (kartu kuning) yang masih berlaku
7. Foto copy akta kelahiran dan foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku
8. Surat keterangan sehat jasmani dan jiwa yang dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan dokter dan surat keterangan bebas narkoba dari Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat atau Daerah
9. Surat keterangan belum pernah menikah dari lurah
10. Tidak akan menikah dengan seseorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing/ tanpa kewarganegaraan
11. Menandatangani surat pernyataan sanggup tidak menikah selama 4 tahun sejak diangkat menjadi CPNS
12. Membawa materai Rp. 6.000,- sebanyak 6 (enam) buah

2. Pendaftaran tanpa dipungut biaya apapun.
3. Bagi pelamar yang memenuhi maupun tidak memenuhi syarat administrasi, berkas lamaran tidak dapat diambil kembali dan menjadi hak milik Panitia.
4. Hal-hal yang belum diatur dalam petunjuk teknis akan diatur kemudian oleh panitia.
5. Keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
6. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus kemudian mengundurkan diri, sebesar Rp. 25.000.000,-
7. Pelamar yang telah diangkat menjadi CPNS kemudian mengundurkan diri, sebesar Rp. 50.000.000,-
8. Pelamar yang telah diangkat menjadi CPNS dan telah mengikuti Diklat Intelijen Tingkat Dasar dan Diklat lainnya kemudian mengundurkan diri, dikenakan denda sebesar Rp. 100.000.000,-
