KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN RI OPENING OPPORTUNITY TO HEALTH ACROSS THE INDONESIAN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS, MEDICAL OFFICER TO BE IN INDONESIA HAJJ 2013 M/1434 H.
General Requirements:
- 1. Indonesian citizens who are Muslims;
- 2. Public Servants (PNS / TNI / Police) or the employee remains in hospital / private clinic;
- 3. For applicants who works at the Hospital / Private Clinic, attach the operational license Hospitals / Private Clinics.
- 4. Competence as evidenced by the Certificates;
- 5. Aged up to 55 years;
- 6. Able-bodied and female-not in a state of pregnancy, based on the results of medical check up.
- 7. Work experience of at least 2 years in the same place and proven by SK placement or SPMT, and a statement of work experience from direct supervisor and agency leaders are known;
- 8. Written approval from the immediate supervisor and the head of the agencies are known;
- 9. Approval in writing of the husband;
- 10. Couple Husband and wife can not apply the same pilgrimage season;
- 11. Willing is not memahrami spouses, parents and / or law as both officers and pilgrims;
- 12. Willing to be placed and assigned operational needs.
- 13. Not being involved in legal proceedings.
Special Requirements:
A. TKHI KLOTER :
1. Dokter :
- a. Having emergency medical certificates (ATLS, ACLS, ATCLS, ALS, GELS)
- b. Having STR / SIP valid.
- c. Having integrity is evidenced by a Certificate of Professional Organizations
2. Perawat :
- a. Nurse, with a minimum education School Health Nurse (SPK)
- b. Has Certificate kegawat daruratan nursing (BTLS, BCLS, BTCLS, BLS, PPGD, Emergency Nursing)
- c. Having STR / SIP valid.
- d. Having integrity is evidenced by a Certificate of Professional Organizations
B.PPIH ARAB SAUDI BIDANG KESEHATAN :

1. Dokter/Dokter Gigi :
- a. Having STR / SIP valid.
- b. Designated Medical Practitioner: Has Certificate emergency medical service (ATLS, ACLS, ATCLS, ALS, GELS).
- c. Designated Medical Practitioner, preferably working in ER unit, ICU, ICCU
- d. Dentist, preferably working in the Service Unit Dental and Oral Health.
- e. Having integrity is evidenced by a Certificate of Professional Organizations
2. Dokter Spesialis :
- a. Having STR / SIP valid.
- b. Specialist Doctors, Pulmonary Specialist, Specialist Heart and Blood Vessels, Nerves Specialist, Medical Specialist Soul, Specialist Surgery and Anesthesia Specialist.
- c. Preferred working in the Health Services Unit.
- d. Having integrity is evidenced by a Certificate of Professional Organizations
3. Perawat :
- a. Nurses, Nursing D3 minimum education
- b. Having STR / SIP valid.
- c. Having kegawat daruratan Nursing Certificate (BTLS, BCLS, BTCLS, BLS, PPGD, Emergency Nursing).
- d. Preferred work in a ER, ICU, ICCU, IW (Intermediate Ward), Nursing and Geriatric Psychiatry.
- e. Having integrity is evidenced by a Certificate of Professional Organizations
4. Analis Kesehatan :
- a. Minimum education D3 Health Analyst.
- b. Preferred working in the Laboratory Installation
5. Rekam Medik :
- a. Minimal D3 Medical Records
- b. Preferred work in a Hospital Medical Record
- c. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs on a computer
6. Radiografer :
- a. Minimal D3 Stylists X-rays or Radiodiagnostic
- b. Preferred working in Hospital Radiology Services Unit
- c. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs on a computer
7. Teknik Elektromedik :
- a. Minimal D3 Mechanical Elektromedik
- b. Preferred working Elektromedik Services Unit
- c. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs on a computer
8. Nutrisionis dan Dietisian :
- a. Minimal Nutritional D3
- b. Preferred working as a Hospital Dietetic
- c. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs on a computer
9. Tenaga kefarmasian :
- a. Minimum education D3 Pharmacy
- b. Having STR / SIP valid.
- c. Preferred working in Pharmacy / Pharmacy
- d. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and the Internet on the computer network.
10. Sanitasi Surveilans :
- a. Minimal S1 Community Health Education
- b. Preferred working in the field of epidemiology or Sanitation
- c. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and the Internet on the computer network.
