Jobs Description

I. Requirements

A. General Requirements :

  1. Indonesian citizen.
  2. B. Special Requirements :

  1. Cover Letter handwritten in black ink on paper folio striped and signed stamped addressed to the Mayor of Bogor.
  2. Photocopy of diploma and Act IV (for educators) along with a valid transcript issued from Schools / Colleges accredited or has received permission operational / implementation of the Director General of Higher Education Ministry of Education, as well as legalized / authenticated by the competent authority.
  3. For Applicants with a diploma who has not listed its accreditation status, in order to attach a certificate from the college / faculty regarding the status of accreditation in the year of graduation.
  4. Color photographs size 4 x 6 cm by 3 (three) pieces, (a name and date of birth on the back of the photograph).
  5. Photocopy of Identity Card (KTP) which basih applicable.

  7. Especially for applicants formation doctors, midwives and nurses must attach a copy of Certificate of Registration (STR) and diploma nurses to S1 formation of Nursing (nurses).
  8. Applicants for Teachers (Teacher) aged 35 (thirty five) year must attach proof of appointment and evidence has been working continuously legalized by the work unit leadership.
  9. Write code on the cover of a cover formation in the upper right corner.

II. Registration Procedures

Admission Regional Civil Servants (CPNSD) 2014 City Government conducted through the following steps:


1 Applicants registering through, as scheduled prescribed National Selection Committee, to obtain a username and password.
2 After getting a username and password, applicants register via from 15th September to the 29th of September 2014, as evidence has registered, applicants must print proof of registration.
3 After registering on line, Applicants are required to submit proof of registration registers are printed via the web site and all files BKN compiled requirements as listed above, put in green colored folder for Teachers, Red for Health Workers, and Blue to Strategic Technical personnel. The entire application file along with a folder put in a brown cover and sent via Postal service with a POS EXPRESS service addressed to the Mayor of Bogor Bogor through PO Box 16000, along with a white envelope which has been affixed a stamp of Rp. 5.000, – (five thousand dollars) for residing outside the city of Bogor. The reply letter bearing the complete home address (house number, RT, RW, ZIP code and phone number you can be reached), received no later than the date of 30 September 2014 (postmark). If one of the points above requirements are not met, then the disqualified participant in the administration and if one of the documents / statements above are not true (false) in question may be disqualified from the selection and appointment of a civil servant.

III. implementation Testing
a. First Stage (Selection Administration)

b. Second Phase (Asissted Computer Selection Test)

  • Applicants who pass the first stage of selection and then follow the Basic Ability Test (TKD) by using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT), according to the schedule and location will be announced on the website on October 7, 2014.

  2. For those applicants who passed the exam first and second stages, required to perform the proposed filing before becoming civil servant (NIP his set) by the Trustees of the Regional Personnel Officer to the State Personnel Board.
  3. Enrollment without charge.
  4. For those applicants who meet, or not meet the administrative requirements, the application file can not be taken back and become the property of the Committee.
