PT PP Properti Tbk was established in 2013 based on the Limited Liability Company Deed No. 18 dated December, 12 2013, that was prepared by Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handari Adi Warsito, S.H., based on approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia in the letter No. AHU-04852.AH.01.01. dated February 5 2014 (“PP Properti”); is the separation of the Property Division of PT PP (Persero) Tbk that has been existing since 1991.

PT PP Properti Tbk offers an integrated property development that provides diverse and complete facilities to help the residents physically and mentally grow healthy. PT PP Properti Tbk has been increasing its capabilities in various sectors for more than 20 (twenty) years, and has the following projects; Perum Otorita Jatiluhur in 1991, Cibubur project area from 1991 to 2004, Paladian Park Apartment in Kelapa Gading, Juanda Business Center in Surabaya and Park Hotel Jakarta in 2010 as well as Park Hotel Bandung in 2012.

PT PP Properti Tbk consists of three (3) business units which are Commercial, Residential and Hospitality. PT PP Properti Tbk commits to develop the businesses by combining all knowledge and skills of the employees to gradually improving its designs and quality of the property development and the corporation is committed to its customers and suppliers.

PT PP Property Tbk, which is a subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) that have been experienced in the field of construction services, realty and property, EPC and investment since 1953, now focus on managing a diverse portfolio of housing, offices, apartments as well as retail and commercial property in the industrial sector in Indonesia.

In answering the needs of the landed house and apartment in Indonesia; where the demand increased every year, but the supply have not been met either by private or state-owned developer. In an effort to support the government, PT PP Properti Tbk determines to contribute in providing the needs of the houses in Indonesia.

To achieve this goal, as a concrete step and company strategy, PT PP Properti Tbk that was originally a property division of PT PP (Persero) Tbk, then officially separated (spin off) and established as a subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk since December 12, 2013.

PT PP Properti Tbk continues to make a breakthrough in developing its property business in Indonesia, one of them by creating a company products and service’s differentiation that are packaged with the tagline ‘Beyond Space’. PT PP Properti Tbk is continue to become innovate, to create a design and concept of the architecture that can be applied both to project residential, office, retail and commercial project, not just provide space and place, but we try to make each building that developed by our company to be the best place, full with peace and comfort for the residents, in harmony with nature so they will get a healthy mind, body and soul.

Marketing Communication

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 from reputable university, majoring in Marketing or Communication.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of marketing or communication.
  • Strong understanding of the property industry.
  • Previous experience in trade marketing for major multiples.
  • Previous experience in managing event, such as open house, exhibition, media gathering
  • Able to prioritize and focus on the basis of commercial needs.
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Familiar with website, digital and social media.

Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scale, majoring in Marketing Communication.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Demonstrated good communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Operating knowledge of MS Office and other supporting applications.
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.

Site Tax Officer

Requirements

  • Minimum D3 from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scale, majoring in Taxation.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Age around 23-27 years old.
  • Operating knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrated good presentation skills.
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.

SHE Officer

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scale, majoring in Health and Safety.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SHE/HSE role including responsibilities for provide coaching on site, planned and unplanned.
  • Possess certification in Ahli Muda, AK3 Konstruksi.
  • Technical experience in OHSAS 18001 or ISO 14001 International Standards
  • Age around 24-30 years old.
  • Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations / law.
  • Operating knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrated good presentation skill (with or without powerpoint).
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.

Site Legal Affairs

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scale, majoring in Law.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Age around 23-27 years old.
  • Operating knowledge of MS Office.
  • Have a good knowledge of developments on legal property.
  • Demonstrated good presentation skills.
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
