About PT Indonesia Coal Resources (ICR Antam)

PT Indonesia Coal Resources – ICR is subsidiary of Antam: PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (persero), established in 2009 in Jakarta Selatan. Antam owns 99.98% of its share and the remaining 0.02% owned by PT Antam Resourcindo, another Antam’s subsidiary. The coal mining and trading company was established to support Antam’s plan to build a coal fired power plant to partly supply the electricity of Antam’s ferrronickel facilities.

PT. Indonesia Coal Resources – ICR Antam was established by notarial deed number 62 dated December 24, 2008 with 99.98% shareholding owned by Antam and the remaining 0.02 % owned by PT Antam Resourcindo (PT ARI), a subsidiary of Antam. Although until March 18, 2009 date of the deed of incorporation of the Department of Justice and Human Rights had not yet risen, but the ICR was able to run the activity as an active company after obtaining the approval (ratification) of the shareholders for any act done through the mechanism of decision Outside Shareholders Meeting Shares (circular resolution).

ICR engaged in mining coal mining materials and energy from coal mineral resources and doing business in the field of trade industry, transportation and services related to coal mining minerals from upstream to downstream and the energy of the mineral resources of coal. ICR is a Holding Company for coal that will have some coal mines and cooperative efforts with third parties (strategic alliances)

Growth Strategy In Action

  • Actively involve in coal mining & energy starting from resources, mining,trading, transportation & Services in relation of coal mining and & coal energy.
  • Future Company development as a Holding Company which will own several coal mine or preferable strategic alliances.

Short term strategy :

  • Coal Trading to supply coal for internal orexternal needs to increase ICR’s cash flow to support itself as a stand alone entity.
  • Acquiring potential KP or PKP2B
  • To find external funding such as Bank or other Financial Institutions.
  • Long term Business strategy, should include acquiring KP/PKP2B, this is also include acquiring a mining licenses from the government (IUP). ICR will intensivelyconduct a coal reserve exploration as well as looking for strategic alliances.
  • Coal mining activity to support the operational of PT. ANTAM Tbk and its affiliates and also for trading purposes to supply of coal to other companies.
  • ICR’s long term strategy also designed for a cooperation with an external funding entity, where as the business growth an external funding is highly needed from a Bank loan, Buyer Loan, Bond, etc)
  • Mining Operation must be comply with best practices from exploration to reclamation. Exploration must be apply with proper drilling method combined with geoscanning performed by experienced geologists. Mining Operation must have best people operate proper equipment from top soil handling, over burden removal to extraction. Service operation must always follow on time delivery of quality and quantity specified products. Sustaining and fostering environment with people and environment we are committed in binding mutual relationships with neighboring communities to create sustainable value creating operations

Assistant Manager Risk & Legal Compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an in-house review and advisory capability regarding legal issues for Indonesia assets and projects, including analysis and recommendation related to legality.
  • Responsible for legal drafting and to perform preliminary Legal Due Diligence (LDD) or other research required.
  • Draft and review documents for licensing, commercial transactions, and other relevant legal documentation.
  • Administer company legal files, monitoring all deadlines and obligations.
  • Advise where non-compliance occurs or is likely to occur.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Having minimum of 4 year experience in mining business or working experience in a law firm
  • Having solid knowledge in Indonesian legal, specificaly mining and business law
  • Good computer knowledge, proficient on all standard Microsoft programs.
  • Good in English both oral & written and have an excellent communications skills (able to communicate throughout all levels).

Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all daily tasks of Finance and Accounting.
  • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing of the consolidated accounts.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget preparation, review and monitor.
  • Forecast cash flow positions and related fund needs.
  • Provide financial analysis.
  • Responds to inquiries from the CFO, BOD, and Holding Company regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years experiences in mining business or working experience in a audit accountant firm.
  • Good computer knowledge, proficient on all standard Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Have ability to develop systems and procedures
  • Perform financial, operational, system and process audits and prepare audit reports.
  • Review, analyze and assess existing procedures, processes and internal controls and provide reports on its effectiveness and efficiency and make recommendations for corrections and improvements.
  • Compile and monitor “Action Items Follow Up Status Report” of completed audits.

Requirements:

Superintendent Operation & Shipping

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, update and ensure smooth cargo operations.
  • Manage and controll shipping documentation and correspondance.
  • Handle the full spectrum of post fixtures operations including coordinating with insurers, suppliers, surveyors and agents to ensure shipment requirements are met.
  • Conduct projection of barge loading & vessel laycans.
  • Responsible for laytime, hire and freight calculations.
  • Monitor lineup and cargo activities from stockpile to jetty.
  • Responsible for monitoring and updating of all incoming funds and outgoing payments relating to the shipments with Finance & Accounting Dept.
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors and ensure effective control and management of operation costs.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 30 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Others or equivalent.
  • Having minimum of 4 year experience in similar business.
