PT HALEYORA POWER is a subsidiary of PT PLN ( Persero ) which provides operation and maintenance services transmission and distribution of electric power and provide electricity supply to buyers commited to quality and premium services in Business to Business .

PT . Haleyora Power (PT HP ) was established by PT . PLN ( Persero ) to meet the electricity demand in the mining area of PT . Antam to be opened area East Halmahera , North Maluku . As anticipated , the PLN formed subsidiary namely PT . Haleyora Power will set up and operate the power plants of 300 MW . Where 100 % of the electricity output is intended to serve the mining operations of PT . Antam and processing at its smelters . But after several rounds of negotiations between the two sides , there are disagreements on the issue of pricing the buying and selling of electricity , then led to the cancellation of the transaction between PLN and PT . Antam .

Being a company that counts in Indonesia in the field of project management , operation and maintenance of transmission and distribution of electricity in the field with an emphasis on child development competencies of its subsidiaries , efficiency and customer satisfaction .

MISSION
PT Haleyora Power is a holding company operating in the field of O & M and IPP with diversification through subsidiaries in the field of O & M and the provision of electricity in the regions independently with the main goal to be a trend setter for PLN partners .

General Affair Assistant

Requirements

  • Have a Diploma Degree (D3) in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field, preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in General Work.
  • Full-time position available.

Account Supervisor

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field of accounting
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pejaten Barat.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Registered in IAI (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia) be more value.
  • Capable of analyzing financial statements, the role of income and expense in the profit planning.
  • Capable of measuring work performance as well as cost accounting.
  • Having knowledge of management functions in the company tax.
  • Being able to make tax planning, conduct the implementation of tax obligations ans tax control
  • Having knowledge of computer’s manual and the operational
  • Mastering application microsoft office, MYOB, SPSS or Office automation.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven PMO/Project Lead experience and knowledge of project management (> 5 years in managing/leading Project).
  • Solid experience in management of corporate strategic initiatives implementation.
  • Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management.
  • Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a growing business environment.
  • Capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good skill of MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
