The amount of PLN customers in East Java until June 2011 is 7,671,007 11,331,554 MVA with power connected, with an average sale of 1,970,727 MWH per month, and average income per month of 1.3 trillion.

Electrification ratio in East Java at 73.66%, of the 9,862,111 total number of households that have a total of 7,264,607 PLN customers. While the ratio of electrified villages is 99.53%, of the village as much as 8501, the village has been electrified as many as 8461, and which have not been as many as 40 villages electrified.

The length of High Voltage Air Line Network is 5081.32 Kms, Air Line Voltage Network Extra Height is 1354.47 Kms, is 31829.81 Kms Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Network is the length of 59159.10 Kms, the number of transformers installed as many as 42 635 units, with 5,456,484.50 KVA capacity, number as many as 113 pieces of substation, the substation transformer as many as 223 pieces, with a capacity of 8244 MVA. Number of distribution substation / transformer as many as 42 635 with a capacity of 5456 MVA fruit. The number of feeders as much as 945 pieces. The highest load is 3916 MW with Java the highest average load per feeders of 3.50 MW.

Jobs Description

1. Junior Operator / Junior Technician di Bidang Distribusi Tenaga Listrik (DIS) Melaksanakan kegiatan operasi jaringan distribusi listrik, untuk memastikan kegiatan pelayanan teknik sesuai Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.
2. Junior Operator/Junior Technician di Bidang Pembangkit Tenaga Listrik (KIT) Melaksanakan kegiatan operasi dan pemeliharaan sistem Pembangkit Tenaga Listrik sesuai Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku.
3. Junior Officer di Bidang Transmisi Tenaga Listrik Melaksanakan pekerjaan pemeliharaan Jaringan dan Peralatan Gardu Induk Tegangan Tinggi sesuai Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku.

General Requirements:

  • Male gender; not married, and could not get married during the Training Prajabatan
  • Academic Requirements
  • Graduates / Students Grade 12:
  • 1. High School / equivalent: Department of Natural Sciences (IPA), or
  • 2. SMK: majors as it is written in terms of Education (see above positions demand for Electrical Engineering is a strong current / Electric installation (not the weak current / electronics, telecommunications, or electricity industry);
    • For those who have passed: The average value of the results of National Examination (SKHUN) of at least 7.0 (seven point zero)
    • For participants who have not graduated (class of 12 – the final semester):
    • The average value of the semester report cards 3, 4, and 5 for subjects of mathematics and physics at least 7.0 (seven point zero)
  • If the participant does not pass the National Exam in 2012, then the participants expressed Ruling.
  • Birth year 1992 or thereafter when registering
  • Minimum height 155 cm
  • Weight proportional to height (BMI up to 28)
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Able-bodied and not color blind (with accompanying letter and not color blind Health of Physicians) No glasses
  • No smoking
  • No bertatto and not pierced
  • Not involved and never involved in criminal activity (as evidenced by SKCK of Police, which was submitted at the time of selection interview);
  • Include a Personal Statement on the stamp Rp 6,000, – which contains the following points:
    • 1. Not involved in drug abuse and other addictive substances
    • 2. Rabun night and did not suffer from epilepsy
    • 3. Prajabatan willing to take part in education and not married for education
