Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi – Kemeneg PAN RB is Ministry Indonesian Government in charge of the affairs of the state apparatus and bureaucracy reform. PAN Ministry is headed by a Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Minister PAN) since the date of October 19, 2011 held by Anwar Abubakar.

Previously, the ministry called the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform before it was replaced by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Second United Indonesia Cabinet.

As a follow-up announcement Joint Selection Committee Leadership Position Charging High Admiral at the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Ministry PANRB) in the Kompas dated 2 April 2014, with the Ministry of PANRB extend the charging time of registration Leadership Position Height Associate ( Secretary of the Ministry).

In connection with the above, the Ministry PANRB invite all Civil Servants (PNS) the best in the Ministry, Institute, and the Provincial Government to join together to accelerate reform of the bureaucracy as acting Chairman of High Admiral (Echelon I) in the Ministry of PANRB ( Secretary of the Ministry), with the following requirements:

  • Status as civil servants;
  • Being occupied Leadership Position High Admiral (Echelon Ia / Ib) or Leadership Position High Primary (Echelon II) at least 2 (two) years with the rank of Major Associate Trustees (IV / d) and has attended and passed the Leadership Training Tk. I;
  • Maximum age of 57 (fifty seven) years as of October 1, 2014;
  • Minimum educational qualification of master / postgraduate (S2);
  • All the elements of performance appraisal well worth at least two (2) years;
  • Not be serving a moderate or severe level of discipline;
  • Having a job competency is required;
  • Healthy mind and body; and
  • Has submitted the Annual Tax returns last 2 years

I. REGISTRATION PROVISIONS

a. The announcement of the online registration till the date of 1 21 April 2014 was changed to April 1 sd 5 Mei2014 through the website Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform in www.menpan.go.id;
b. Download (downloaded) Trustees Personnel Officer Approval form and curriculum vitae on the site at the address above;
c. Submitted through the online application and mail or delivered himself directly to:

1) Cover letter (original)
2) Agreement that has been signed by the Trustees Personnel Officer (original)
3) curriculum vitae (original)
4) The printout of online registration
5) Copy of diploma required;
6) Copy of appointment in the rank of SK;
7) Copy of the Decree Lifting the last position;
8) Copy of certificate of education and training following the last structural position;
9) Copy of DP-3 in the last 2 years;
10) Certificate of Government Doctors (could follow), which consists of:
a) Healthy Physical description of general practitioners;
b) description of the Spiritual Health psychiatrist / psychiatrist
c) information that comes with the drug-free laboratory test results within 1 (one) month;
11) Copy of Police Notes are still valid (to follow);
12) Copy Wealth Report (LHKPN) last;
d. Registration deadline for receipt of a letter dated May 5, 2014 at 16:00 pm.
