The Company manufacture, sell and distribute non-alcogolic ready to drink beverages products of the Coca-Cola Company, including sparkling soft drinks, teas, juices, water, isotonic drints, energy drinks and other.
Coca-Cola was introduced to Indonesia in 1927 and was locally produces in 1932. PT Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia has been operating in Indonesia since 1992.
The Company supported by 9 units of bottling maufacturing, located in Medan, Padang, Lampung, Bekasi, Cikedokan, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Denpasar. The Company also operates with over 100 distribution centre across Indonesia.
PT Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position :
- Regional Corporate Affairs Manager – East Java Region
- Solution Delivery Manager
- Sales Representative – Jabodetabek Area
Regional Corporate Affairs Manager – East Java Region
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring in Social Studies, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Economics or other related major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Corporate Affairs Manager or other related positions with leadership exposure.
- Have a good government relation technical competencies.
- Possess excellent PR Writing and Media relations skills
- Have a good project management and presentation Skill
- Technical competencies in Issue Management & IMCR.
- Computer literate (Powerpoint, Excel, etc).
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya East Java.
Solution Delivery Manager
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, preferebaly majoring in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or any related majors.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field with minimum 8 years of experiences leading IT projects.
- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company (FMCG) will be an extra advantag.
- Hands-on project management experience with more than 5 cycle process.
- Notable business processes knowledge and experience in following business process (min. 2): Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales & Distribution, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources
- Have a good knowledge of IT systems
- Technical expertise in SAP Supply Chain
- Financially sound and finance acumen.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Have a good leadership and decision making skills.
- Able to developing others, managing performance, planning and executing.
- Placement at National Office.
Sales Representative – Jabodetabek Area
- Minimum D3 in any field or SMA/SMK with minimum 1 year of experience in the field of sales.
- Have personal motor cycle and SIM C.
- Able to collaborate with customers.
- Able to cooperate with existing outlets and new outlets in the Greater Jakarta area
- Eager and able to drive sales growth.
- Orientation to do the best and customer-oriented.
- Have good communication skills (friendly).
- Have a good sales skill.
- Have a good problem solving skill and able to work in a team.
- Leadership competencies needed: planning and execution.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi.
