Badan Pertanahan Nasional – BPN is a Non-Government Organization under and responsible to the President and chaired by the head. (In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 63 Year 2013).

Badan Pertanahan Nasional has the task of carrying out tasks in the field of land administration in the national, regional and sectoral accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

  8. Implementation of stewardship of land, agrarian reform and arrangement of specific areas.
  9. Preparation of the administration on land owned and / or state / region in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance.
  10. Supervision and control of land ownership tenure.
  11. Cooperation with other institutions.
  12. Operation and implementation of policies, plans and programs in the land sector.
  13. Community development in the land sector.
  14. Assessment and handling of problems, disputes, cases and conflicts in the land sector.
  15. Assessment and development of land law.
  16. Research and development in the land sector.
  17. Education, training and human resource development in the land sector.
  18. Management of data and information in the land sector.
  19. Development of functional institutions with regard to the land sector.
  20. Cancellation and termination legal relationship between the person and / or legal entities with the land in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.
  21. Other functions in the land sector corresponding laws and regulations in force.

  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher) and internet applications.
  • Mastering Mapping software (minimal AutoCAD Map 3D 2004 and AutoCAD Map 2009).
  • Operating knowledge of measuring tools (Total Solution and GPS Geodetic)
  • Have a good skills in distance measurements, both directly and indirectly.
