The Company established on June 19, 2010 and as a subsidiary company of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, one of the largest state-owned banking company in Indonesia. As of year end 2010, the Company operated by 59 branch offices across Indonesia. Based on BNI Syariah Annual Report 2010, the Company recorded a nett profit of Rp36.5 billion from the target Rp7.181 billion. It was achieved because BNI Syariah successfully managed third party funds and earning asstes appropriately.

Forging the 1997 financial crisis proved the toughness of Islamic banking system. Shariah principles with 3 (three) pillars are fair, transparent and beneficiaries are able to answer the needs of people in the banking system more equitable. With based on Law No.10 of 1998, on the date 29 April 2000 established Sharia (UUS) BNI with 5 branches in Yogyakarta, Malang, Pekalongan, Jepara and Banjarmasin. Next UUS BNI continues to expand to 28 branch offices and 31 branch offices.

Besides, customers can also enjoy the services of sharia in Conventional BNI branch office (office channeling) with approximately 1500 outlets throughout Indonesia. In the implementation of banking operations, BNI Syariah compliance with regard to aspects of sharia. With the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) which is currently chaired by KH.Ma ‘ruf Amin, all BNI Syariah products through testing of DPS that has to meet the rules of sharia.

In the UUS BNI Corporate Plan 2000 established that the status is temporary and will UUSs done spin off in 2009. Plans are executed on June 19, 2010 with the operation of the BNI Syariah Commercial Bank (BUS). Realization time spin-off in June 2010 can not be separated from external factors such as regulatory aspects conducive with the issuance of Law No.19 of 2008 concerning Sharia Securities (SBSN) and Act 21 of 2008 on Islamic Banking. In addition, the Government’s commitment to the development of Islamic banking is getting stronger and awareness of the advantages of Islamic banking products is also increasing.

September 2013 the number of branches reached 64 BNI Syariah Branch Office, 161 sub-branches, Cash Office 17, 22 and 16 Motion Car Service Payment Point.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance tests for financing decisions.
  • Compliance tests to procurement of goods and services under the authority of the Board of Directors / Head Office.
  • Related Financing Line Compliance Test.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Law Major
