On 28 November 1996, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk (BNI) and PT BNI Life Insurance jointly set up a life insurance company under the name of PT Asuransi Jiwa BNI BNI or BNI BNI, which provides a range of insurance products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance , Personal Accident Insurance, Annuity and Pension. Along with the dynamic development of BNI BNI, the composition of its shareholding underwent a change. In 2004 a majority shareholding in the hands of BNI, the company name changed to PT BNI Life Insurance (BNI Life). Transformation is followed by the name of the logo change and the development of products that are more innovative, such as severance pay and insurance products combined insurance products with investment protection (unit-linked). The rise of Islamic banking development opportunities will need Takaful market share. Life BNI Syariah Unit was formed on May 19, 2004 for the purpose of providing and marketing products for the sharia-based insurance.

BNI Life currently has 4 channels of distribution, namely Agency, Bancassurance, Employee Benefits and Sharia. Agency sold through agents who market individual products. Jobs Description

Document Report, Outgoing & Investigator

Requirements :

  • 21-27 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to operate Ms.Office (Excel, Word)
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Agency Partnership Development Manager

Requirements :

  • Candidate must be possess Bachelor Degree with range age 30- 40 Years Old.
  • Good looking / Representative
  • At least 2- 5 years experience as a sales/marketing manager in Insurance, Banking Industry or Financial Institution.
  • Preferred have experienced as relationship Manager/Funding Manager with good track record.
  • Excellent, communication & presentation skill, high achievement, target & result oriented, strong initiative & persistent.
  • Have data based/netwoking (customer portpolio).
  • Good managerial dan analitycal thinking
  • Strong leadership, confident dan excellent in presentation skill
  • Permanently position with Managerial Level, Fix Income plus attractive benefit

Litigation

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Need to have PERADI License
  • Excellent teaming and project leadership skills
  • Demonstrated personal courtroom success, including trail strategy
  • Ability to perform out-of-state and potentially domestic travel depending on the locations and status of the cases assigned to you
  • Ablity to function and manage independently, but also work well in an environment that requires working with others to be successful
  • Experience in managing very large complex cases
  • Experience in class action defense

Fund Manager

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Fluently in English both spoken and written.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a fund manager equity and fix income.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  • Strong in leadership potential, interpersonal skill, communication skill, presentation skill, goal oriented, initiative, creative, persistent and highly passion to learn.

GL Accountant Assistant Manager

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 yearsof working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

  • Having experience at Insurance Industry in Employee Benefit Divison minimum 3 years
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under pressure with quickly and accurate
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills

BNI Life Future Star (Leadership Program)

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate, at least Bachelor Degree from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Has a history of outstanding performance in academic projects, active in extracurricular activities or organization.
  • Strong in leadership potential, interpersonal skill, communication skill, presentation skill, goal oriented, initiative, creative, persistent and highly passion to learn.
  • Fluently in English both spoken and written.
  • Having TOEFL certificate with minimum score : 500 or TOEIC cerfificate with minimum score : 600.
