On 28 November 1996, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk (BNI) and PT BNI Life Insurance jointly set up a life insurance company under the name of PT Asuransi Jiwa BNI BNI or BNI BNI, which provides a range of insurance products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance , Personal Accident Insurance, Annuity and Pension. Establishment of an insurance company is in line with the needs of BNI to provide integrated services and financial services for all its customers (one-stop financial services).

Along with the dynamic development of BNI BNI, the composition of its shareholding underwent a change. In 2004 a majority shareholding in the hands of BNI, the company name changed to PT BNI Life Insurance (BNI Life). Transformation is followed by the name of the logo change and the development of products that are more innovative, such as severance pay and insurance products combined insurance products with investment protection (unit-linked). The rise of Islamic banking development opportunities will need Takaful market share. Life BNI Syariah Unit was formed on May 19, 2004 for the purpose of providing and marketing products for the sharia-based insurance.

BNI Life currently has 4 channels of distribution, namely Agency, Bancassurance, Employee Benefits and Sharia. Agency sold through agents who market individual products. Bancassurance is sold through a network of BNI. Employee Benefits market group insurance products to companies. While Islamic insurance products to both individuals or a collection of Islamic system.

Requirements:

  • Age 25 – 35 Years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff specializing in Compansation & Benefit or Payroll staff in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Willing Over time.
  • Working under pressure and hard worker.
  • Doing Compansation & Benefit Tasks.

Admin Staff – Support, Entry Data

Requirements:

  • Age 25 – 28 Years Old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff specializing in Administrative Support, Entry Data or equivalent.
  • Willing to working over time.
  • Strong in detail and hard worker.

Walk In Customer

Requirements:

  • 20 – 27 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager

Requirements:

  • Age 27 – 40 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Manager in the related field is required for this position, especially in Insurance
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
